Panda House — Restaurant in Marlborough

Have been ordering from here for years. Definitely our go to place in Marlboro. Food was usually hot and fresh and tasted delicious. Well, something has changed (I actually complained to owner a few months back and was told it was a new chef) and it's not a great change. Packaged differently, smaller portions for a larger price but the main complaint is that the food has drastically changed and not for the better. It's no longer a place that we're going to be ordering from any longer. We had let some time pass hoping they had changed the chef and ordered tonight. Big mistake. Absolutely awful. Not fresh and changing the way the food is made when it's not broken to begin with is never a good idea. I had actually made a joke about the fortune cookie and said, "Well, they can't mess up the cookie!!!" After the meal I opened the cookie to find only a half a piece of paper inside...not even the whole...

I have been ordering from here for a couple years I order the same thing Everytime boneless ribes with the teryakie chicken and shrimp I don't like the shrimp because I'm allergic to shirmp so they have always just given me an extra beef stick for no extra charge but now she say that it is an extra dollars for the beef stick even though I don't want the shrimp then told me that if I didn't like her prices that I could go somewhere else and hung the phone up on me....wow never again will I order from here which is sad because I liked...

Almost gave a 1 star.... DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, it doesn't work apparently... Just moved into town, very hungry, and feeling Chinese. Ordered online, hour later no delivery. I call them up and they tell me it's not working and I was hungry and frustrated (this is now 9PM). They treated me like top priority and arrived at 9:12pm (yes everything was cooked) and that made me feel okay about the experience. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE! This is probably the best Chinese food I've had in MA.... I finally found an amazing one. I will go...
