Bought a delicious marshmallow cream at the big E but unfortunately I did not look at the ingredients until I got home and I could not believe what I saw. They use propylene glycol, which is not a safe food, ingredient, artificial colors flavors citric acid just garbage ingredients and they claim themselves to be a handcrafted company. I really hope this business does well. The family is great and the shop is really cute. The display cases need to be more filled, they look a bit empty but I understand they haven’t been open for too long. The s’mores tart could use half the amount of chocolate and more of the graham cracker crust, the chocolate was just way too bitter and overpowering. We used Moeshmallows as our wedding favors and part of our hot chocolate bar at our wedding. We had meet Moe at a few different events and knew it would be perfect for our wedding. Moe was great to work with and had some really good ideas to enhance our guests experience.
