We went to this location at 6:30 on a Saturday night and we waited for fifteen minutes before it was our turn with only two people in front of us. The way it seemed was that both of the employees were costumers of target and got pulled it and left there not knowing what was going on or how to make anything. Apparently the order of two black teas was too advanced for them. The employees didn’t know where the tea bags were kept so they were searching around while we were waiting at the counter. Once they found them the lady that was before us told the man that he forgot to make a drink, so there our teas were getting cold and just sitting there on the counter. It was also disorganized and everything was a mess. The glass window where the pastries were kept looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, and the drinks in the cooler were scattered everywhere. Read moreI would like to file an overdue complaint on the Starbuck's store located inside Target at the Donald Lynch Boulevard located in Marlboro, MA. For the past year every single time I have gone in, the staff is inattentive prioritizing conversations amongst themselves rather then customers. But the worse is that THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING!!! In the summer they never had coconut milk or berries to make pink drink, and today they dont have the ingredients to make a java chip! I dont think in the 38 years I've lived here since this location has opened that they have had any ingredients needed for a standard drink. Today they were completely out of ALL pastries?! Read moreThe absolute worst Starbucks experience of my life. Ordered a caramel macchiato and a pumpkin spice cold brew. There was a young lady and a man who I assume was a new hire because the young lady was teaching him things(incorrectly mind you). After being the only one in line waiting 15 minutes for them to complete making our coffees, we tried them. They both were made wrong and tasted awful and this point we requested a refund. The barista did not even apologize or as Starbucks normally does toss you a free drink card for making a mistake.
