Joy Den was highly recommended to me and they lived up to the hype. A few days ago I went into Joy Den after finding my grandmother’s ring that I thought I had lost many years ago. I needed it sized for my wedding a week later. They we fabulous and had my family heirloom ready in two days. They recommended a repair to the prongs and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. My ring is perfect and I am so glad the staff at Joy Den could help me with the ring so promptly for me. They made it so my deceased grandmother could be there for me on my special day. I am so grateful and happy that I could cry! They’re work was pristine and I am so satisfied. Definitely going back for any jewelry needs!!!!

Very rarely would I EVER POST A BAD REVIEW. However I am highly disappointed. This is my grandmother's ring and I needed the pearls replaced. The one on the right was previously replaced by Joy-dens with absolutely no issues. They had my ring for 2 months to replace 2 pearls. Upon receiving the finished ring it appeared as though the left pearl was cracked and the middle "pearl" did not appear normal. Upon inquiry the jeweler stated that pearls were abnormal but it wasn't cracked. 2-3 weeks later it is clearly noticable the pearls were painted/soldered and the paint is now coming off. Very unhappy with the workmanship and don't want others to have a similar experience.

Came here 20 plus years ago. We bought a preowned center radiant cut stone. They had it set in platinum with baguettes on the sides as I specified. It’s fabulous and I’ve had to take it to different jewelers for checks and insurance appraisals over the years. Never a problem. It’s still gorgeous.

My parents made our wedding bands and mine happened to be a little too tight (an uncomfortable fit) so they told me to look for a place to have mine stretched a little not resized. After reading the reviews, I can definitely agree with every single great comment. The owners/staff are amazing and really friendly! They definitely care about their customers and want to make sure they leave the jewelry store happier. It took less than 15 minutes to stretch the ring and have it cleaned. Not only that but they also cleaned my other ring, while enjoying a nice conversation. If you need any jewelry piece or know someone that does, even if it is for fixes/adjustments, I recommend you coming here 100%! I’ve never written a review before, but this one is...
