I came to Minuteman Press Marlborough to get a banner for my professional exhibition, and to order some customized notepads for my company. I was astonished with the quality of work and service Darlene Welch, Owner of Minuteman Press Marlborough delivered for me:

For the banner, I only provided her with the content, the graphics, my desired size and price range. I thought she would simply transfer everything onto a template and make small adjustments here and there. To my great surprise, she went above and beyond by coming up with a design that is so professional, beautiful, eye catching, clean, clear and impactful. She matched the color to my website, and accentuated keywords that strike an emotional cords of my ideal clients. She not only helped communicating my essential message, but also elevated it with a magnificent marketing spin. Needless to say, my size and price needs were fully met.

For the notepads, in addition to fitting all the content and my business info on a specific size of paper, she formatted in a way that is easily readable, writable and visually delightful.

From the time I walked in with my toddler to the time I picked up my order, my experience was not pleasant.

They keep a large dog breed in the store and does not keep it from coming up to the customers. I had to keep moving my toddler and eventually picked him up to keep the dog from coming to his face.

I put in my order and paid a deposit. I emailed the logo and approved the design. A week went by and I called them to check. The woman I spoke to told me the signs were ready and already at the store, but no one called me to tell me they were ready.

When my husband came to pick up, they changed the original price and included some hidden charges, that I was never made aware of. I called and they told me I could come back and get the refund for the upcharge. I drove 30 minutes the next day (3rd visit) at this point only to find out that they were not issue me a refund on the up charge and no other resolution was offered and I couldn’t even return the ordered items. The woman who spoke to me recognized that it was her employee that made the mistake but failed in following thru with what was promised over the phone. She was rude and lacked customer service skills. Didn’t seem bothered that I left...

I have used Minuteman Press Marlboro for about two years. Dave and Darlene are great to work with. They were very sympathetic and understanding on my order for Memorial Cards, and Prayer cards for my late husband, to be shipped rather quickly. All of my orders were done in a timely manner, I did not have to follow-up as to, where my order was or when will it arrive. I have placed several orders, Christmas cards, Change of Address / New Home cards with envelopes. All of these had specific art, text, and photos. The quality of work was excellent. I have used other Printing Companies in person and online over the years and Minuteman Press Marlboro has been the best so far.
