McDonald's — Restaurant in Marlin

Got our order wrong so before ever going outside I brought it back to the counter. I finally(!) got someone's (the manager's) attention (Mc Donalds seems to have the worst customer service these days, regardless of location). She walked away while I was still politely telling her what was wrong with the order, taking my bag of food with her. When she brought it back, she was dismissive, acted like I wasn't worth a few seconds of her time, & the nuggets were STILL missing.

When I pointed out the still-missing nuggets, she asked for my reciept & my husband realized they hadn't stuck it on the bag well so it had fallen & stuck to my boot that I walk around the farm in. It was the sticky type of reciept so very dirty. I gingerly pulled it off the bottom of my farm boot by the cleanest spot & held it up for her to see so she didn't have to touch it herself. She grabbed it with her whole hand even after my warning & proceeded to handle it, then set it on the counter where customer food orders are placed & slid it around while looking at it. Without cleaning her hands (or the counter), she went back to the food prep area & grabbed my nuggets.

After contaminating the nugget box with manure dust & dirt from the bottom of my boot & the floor, she was about to put it into the bag with my other food to possibly land on our fries & contaminate them too. I stopped her dirty hands from doing so & explained the problem but she acted oblivious & returned to helping serve drive-through customers with those same grimy, filthy hands.

Both before & after that, we also witnessed an employee going back & forth between cleaning the floors/trash & serving customers without washing her hands. No one I saw was wearing gloves or washing between handling food items & dirty items!

Update 5 days later: Gave them another chance. Ordered 2 of the $5 meal deals. Food was all there . . . but they forgot both sauces for the 2 boxes of nuggets. Why is that so hard? They are giving Taco Bell a run for their money when it comes to...

Horrible service. One trip through the drive through took over 20 minutes. Once at the main window we received our meal minus a large orange Fanta drink and ketchup for our meal. However, they gave us the kids orange Fanta. Gali, who was working the window, was more worried about telling us to pull forward to the yellow line. I asked her if there was ketchup in the bag, she then stated again to pull forward to the yellow line to wait for our orange Fanta and ketchup. After approximately 10 minutes, Gali brought the orange Fanta and no ketchup. When I told her we still need ketchup she threw her hands in the air and walked back inside to never return. After approximately 5 minutes of waiting for the ketchup, I walked in and asked for the manager. Eduardo walked over and started that he was acting manager today. I asked Eduardo if there was a reason why we are having to wait over 15 minutes for a orange Fanta and ketchup, he replied, "uuuuummmmm.... I don't know." I then asked if there was a reason why Gali was more concerned about us pulling forward to the yellow line rather than providing us with the service that we were paying for? His answer was the same. I asked him if he could get me some ketchup since Gali seemed incaple of doing her job. Eduardo then walked over and filled a small bag full of ketchup packets. This store appears to be run by teenagers who lack the social skills, competency, and manners to work in a customer service based business.... Can't believe this is what $15/hr...

This is the rudest McDonald's that I have ever been to anywhere in the country. We have stopped here for years and the food is the same at any McDonald's, that is not the problem. When you get to the drive through it takes forever for someone to respond, most likely because they are also doing the dishes. Now what is really off putting is in the fact that when you go to the first window the person grabs ur payment, hands you a receipt, and just says pull up. Well whatever they are busy. Then you get to the second window, they hand you your food and just shut the window. LOL it's really kinda funny I guess. They could at least be nice, but they are always having a great time inside, tonight for instance I watched 2 of them dancing behind the counter inside. So I guess it's just the customers who are in the way that they are rude to. Only reason I still go there is due to my kids, and it's on...
