I had a long standing relationship with this company and it had its highs and lows, the problem is the lows were extremely low! I started my contract with an original x box 360 arcade in which i was told at the time i signed the contract it was the one with the biggest hard drive just to get home to find out i signed a contract to pay $400 for a $150 item! After that was settled i paid the correct price for the Xbox and was happy with the outcome i also had picked up a TV that day but ended up returning it when i found a better deal. After that situation i went back to look at some couches and ended up finding what i though was a great deal.......... it wasn't! i got the new couches home and i loved em! A few weeks later i started getting bumps on my skin! I didn't know what was going on and after 3 doctors visits i finally figured out the mystery! BED BUGS!!!!!! They had brought bed bugs into my house and i had to have a exterminator come in and spray, this is where i should have ended everything with the company but i i didn't, they gave me a replacement chair that i still had to pay for! They didn't offer to pay the doctors bill or maybe give the char as compensation. They ordered me a brand new set of couches and i thought maybe things were starting to look up (once again) NOPE! When my new couches arrived at my house low and behold they were RIPPED!!!! a 18" slice in the back of this leather couch! I had been waiting for 2 weeks for my couches so i told them im sick of waiting so they could leave the ripped couch under the understanding that a new one would be ordered (it wasn't) for months i called and asked to talk to the manager about the problem and he never got back to me and after about 7 months i went in to make a payment and talked to him face to face about it and he told me that i should have talked to him about it earlier and that he didn't know if there was anything he could do at this point haha, the problem ended up getting taken care of and i got the couch replaced finally! After that everything was fine for a while until i lost my job and fell on hard times i fell behind on my payments and it was phone call after phone call after phone call! i would answer and make arrangements and was told the new arrangement would be put in the notes and i wouldn't be bothered anymore (yeah right) the next day the phone calls started coming again so i started ignoring them because it was getting me nowhere annoying but nothing compared to what came next they would start showing up at your house and "pound" on your door (not to be confused with loud knocking) POUNDING, peeking through the windows yelling my name through open windows while i was sleeping! When i called them out on it over the phone i was told it was justified because i was a bad customer and i made them chase me haha, in the end i gavve the couches back after i had put $1200 into a set of $900 couches and everything else i had to deal with while doing business with this company but oh well what can ya do i am just relieved to be done with these people, my opinion and it is just that is if your looking for a rent to own company...

Not a 100% sure who runs this business but they need to be fired! Had some guy come to my house, pounding on my door. He knocked 15 times. Some of the knocking lasted 5-15 seconds each time. We don't answer the door unless we know whose coming. So obviously we didn't answer the door. He knocked on my door so hard that he opened it! My brother came up and answered the door and the man started screaming at him. Accusing him of being the family member who DOES NOT live at MY house. He asked him to leave and the man refused. So my husband went out there and started asking him to leave. He then started in on my husband and the family member and started saying my vehicle was the family members. Who again, does not live at MY home. The man then told us he would continue sending out EZ rent to own workers to my house daily til they get their items. Which ARE NOT AT MY HOUSE. We had to call the police to get this dude to leave. And if they show up at my home again, they will be tresspassed and I will take any legal action as far as I can.

I paid off my furniture or I should say I tried in December due to I had a loaner TV it wouldn't let me pay it off not my fault and I was in a atv accident and I damaged my kidneys and been in out of the hospital I was promised in December that I could get new furniture when it was paid off but there saying due to late payment due to I was in the hospital just a day or two late now I stuck with it think they be understanding but there not I was given a promise and now I just down Arron's said they look at it and take it as a trade and I like EZ rent but I done think they have so understanding of my condition rent a center did with my stereo even sent me a get well card also they said they listen to all my calls with them don't think that's true because you have to tell people they are being recorded it's a law I going to ask to listen to them because it is a law you have to tell people there recording them for quality prepuses and training any wish they be a little more understanding but money is all...
