Burger King in Marshall does not have a real grill nor is their products fresh. They do serve some good products but again food is not fresh. For example, " The pancakes are frozen and warmed up in the micrwave". Bacon is not cooked on a grill but in the oven. Some of the employees have amazing customer service but sadly not all. One thing that makes customer service so hard is that Burger King is more concerned about fast service not customer service. I was told by the GM at the Burger King in Marshall that she rather get times faster then worry about some who has dietbities getting salt on their ionrings. That store is so lucky no one with dietbities has gotten sick from that store. Plus I told them about a pot whole on one of their parking spots. They said its been there for years and that they could not even put a orange cone in front of it to warn customers. I mean its only as big as a basketball. But if some one backs up and hits it with their tire and pops the tire then what? They have a very small parking lot. The traffic jam and the possibility of danger for other customers caused by this pot whole is...
Read moreI went through the drive through and I was lucky that I even got the food I asked for um, uh, front fires were cold as soon as I got them, they didn't have any more sweet cream, so I didn't get that, but I had to pay for it. And I couldn't get a refund inner or anything for that through from them, because I had to go to the app and I can't do that without refunding my whole order. The lady in the drive threw caught an attitude with me when I asked how I was supposed to do the refund, without refunding my whole order. The manager was no help. I acted like it was okay but it was not okay. It was just a very rude and poor experience. I'm lucky that I even got all the food I ordered and then I had to sit there after I got all my food and I was like you're still missing my Dr. Pepper. She got more another attitude with me. Because of that, it was just a really bad and poor experience. And yeah, I do not like eating a burger king here because of...
Read moreWith being handicapped for six to eight weeks with no weight whatsoever on my foot, this Burger King really helped out with it. My parents and I stopped here on our way back home from Texarkana after the surgery I had on my foot in League City. Even though the parking spot we had was not a handicapped spot, it still looked like it was. I was able to get in here with my walker with no problems. I was glad to have a handicapped bathroom with nobody in it. At this Burger King, the bathroom here, only one person at a time can go in here. The men's bathroom did not have the thing on the door that made it close automatically, which makes it easy for somebody in a wheelchair to get in there with no help. The food came out good and the service was good. I will definitely keep this Burger King on our list of Burger Kings between Texarkana and Houston...
