Golden Chick — Restaurant in Marshall

Very rude and unprofessional! I walked up to the counter to place an order. One employee was working the drive up and one employee was working the kitchen. There were two employees talking to each other towards the back, one had her back to me the other was facing me. I stood there waiting for one of them to come take my order. After several minutes no one came to the register. The lady facing me could see me the whole time and the one with her back to me even turned around and looked at me but then turned back around and continued to talk with the lady that could see me. I finally said excuse me, is there anyone working the register? The lady that was facing me walked up and I said to her that I have been waiting for 5 minutes. She was VERY rude and said to me that I haven't been standing there for 5 minutes but she could take my order. I told her I have been standing there 5 minutes and she continued to be rude and arguing with me about how many minutes I had been standing there (instead of apologizing for the wait) and that she could take my order. I told her never mind and I left. When a customer walks up to the counter and 2 employees continue to talk for MINUTES leaving the customer standing there waiting that is very rude and unprofessional. If you don't care about your customers then get a job where you don't have to deal with people. I will...

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Honestly I don't even know why Google wanted me to review this place but here we go. Last year I went to this establishment and placed a big order because I was treating myself to a cheat day. We ordered some food that we received a long with 2 chicken sandwiches which we did NOT receive. We ordered ahead on the app. When we got to the establishment we were told they ran out of chicken breasts for the sandwiches and we would have to go online to receive a refund. We tried to no avail. The refund never came. After a week of trying to dispute it I was finally contacted by a manager. HE personally called me and after a short conversation he said he would get back to me. He never did any such thing. I tried to dispute part of this transaction for months and contacted corporate several times. I never received any compensation for the $20 spent on those two chicken sandwiches that I NEVER received. Even with receipts and names of the employees I still had no refund or compensation. That was the last time we went there. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that chooses to steal money from it's customers. I honestly loved this place and would treat myself occasionally and this was one of those times but...

The food is actually good but the SERVICE is terrible! Last night I had a very bad experience that didn't have to go as bad as it did. I ordered and paid for a condiment, was asked to pull over while they cook my food, to only be harassed by the employee that walked out with my food WITHOUT the extra condiments THAT I PAID FOR! Instead of hearing me out that employee walked off. So as I'm walking in the restaurant the same employee doesn't approach the employee that took my order it's someone else and I politely said, "He doesn't have a clue of what we are talking about so why are you even asking him?" He walks off to get the manager and she approaches the counter with a HOSTILE AND AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE from the beginning of the attempted explanation and I tell her the same, "Ma'am you need to call him over here so he can vouch to what I am saying." The young man that took my order walks over and she IMMEDIATELY shoes him away and starts speaking in spanish. Long story short she SLAMMED my condiment on the counter in which at this point I ask for a refund. I need a REGIONAL DIRECTOR or above to contact me about this matter as their earliest...
