Pretty much lives up to what I've come to expect from literally any little ceasars ever. I think everyone eats L.C. for the same reason, it's some of the cheapest pizza you can order and for the price, it is usually worth it. We eat at this location several times a month so obviously it isn't horrible nor do I ever expect any Little Caesars to overwhelm me. Quite a few times they haven't answered the phone after multiple tries but I don't hold it against them since I know they can get backed up. Also we have had a wait on "hot and ready" more times than not but honestly I don't mind a wait for fresh pizza especially if we go at peak times. I don't expect them to be able to predict everyone's orders in advance and to always be prepared for the ones who go in and order 10 pizzas without advance notice.. honestly in the last couple months I think there have been improvements in the quality at this specific location, not sure if it was a change in management or staff but whatever it was it's definitely better than it was over a year ago when we first started eating at this location. I think a lot of people have too high of expectations for such a cheap meal so I think a lot of the bad reviews are more just entitled people who want to complain, to those who actually had a bad experience, that sucks. I try to base my review on average performance and not judge based on one visit..that being said, most of the time they do okay and meet expectations so I'd say they are on par with their service and prices for the quality...
Read moreI will never order pizza from this location again. The workers walk around with gloves and never change them, even when going outside to vehicles and doing who knows what. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you. I stood at the front counter and had to get their attention after ten minutes to even see if my order was ready. I ordered 15 minutes on the website before I arrived at the Marshall location, and waited 20 while I was there. The poor man next to me said he had been waiting for 20 minutes before I even arrived. The staff were also walking from the front and back eating the wings and not sanitizing their hands. Putting on lip gloss and sipping on drinks behind the counter was also happening. Finally one of the cooks placed a pizza on the counter and walked off. All 7 of us waiting on pizzas looked around at each other because no name was called or anything. I walked up to the pizza and looked over the counter and saw my name on it. Then I looked at the girl and said "This is mine", but she had her airpods in and didn't acknowledge me, so I grabbed my pizza and left.
Also, it was the Fantastic 4 collab pizza, which is supposed to have 8 slices, with 2 slices each representing a different topping. There was 12 on mine, toppings were scattered everywhere, and some sliced were cut a third of the way down and then stopped for some reason....
Read moreThis is absolutely the worst Little Caesars location I have ever been to. I routinely drive through this town so I will order on the app so that it is ready when I am passing through. I have learned that they do not know how to manage time and started ordering my pizza to be ready 15 minutes before I show up. They will try to make it appear like they're getting pizzas out on time to the franchise owner by showing it in the oven and then ready on time. But the pizza is not ready and it is not in the pickup box. Today I showed up 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready in the app showed it to be ready My name was on the sign by the pickup box. I enter the code, there's no pizza in the box. Room full of angry customers standing around. I have to wait in line to ask for the pizza that was supposedly ready and then he asks my name and goes in the back and comes back with the most overcooked dried out horrible pizza ever. What a waste of time and money. This is the most poorly rand location I...
