Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Marshall

Definitely could have been a better experience. I ordered an order on the app and had it set for pickup @7pm paying cash. When we got there and paid we were told it would be a little bit so my husband sat inside waiting and I outside at 8pm he is back at the counter asking about our food and they said they would need to remake it. He waits until around 8:20 to come outside and smoke a cigarette about 10mins later he goes back in and waits in a line to get handed our order when he gets to the counter and it's not hot it's barely warm but it's 845 at this point and we are ready for food and bed. So we ate the barely warm melts when we made it home but I don't understand how it took an hour and a half to get our food. After the first reorder we should have been treated better. Absolutely terrible. I ordered online so that there would be no misunderstanding. I ordered boneless wings and 2 flavors of bone in wings and some cheese bread. We get there and immediately asked to pull to the side. They were not very busy at the time and asked every car to pull to the side. A young lady brings out our food and goes to 3 other cars before finally asking us if it was our food. She offered no kindness. We get home and they forgot our boneless wings the cheesebread was way over cooked and both boneless wings had sauce poured into the bottom of a container and wings were thrown on top. They didn't coat the wings. When we called I was told to just come back and they'll make more. I'm giving this store 5 stars, not because it's amazing food...it's your standard Pizza Hut - sufficient nutrients to get the job done. But the staff at this particular store is killer. Short story: I'm staying at a local motel due to surprise car trouble on a cross country drive. I ordered delivery from this PH including some boneless wings. Once delivered, I realized there was no dipping sauce included with the wings...no big deal, but I asked the driver about it and he explained it wasn't included. No problem. I thanked him, tipped him, and he left. 10 minutes later he's back. He drove to the store and BACK just to bring me ranch and plastic silverware!! I was shocked. It's the little things, man.
