Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marshall

I ordered online and went through the drive through. It was fine until the cook and the person at the register kept staring at me through the window and making comments on my appearance as if I couldn’t completely SEE and HEAR them. Then when they did finally open the window after an awkwardly long time they tell me I look scary. I’m literally just a basic mom getting supper before driving home. It’s a bit insensitive to gawk at an average person and make comments. I’ve had a terrible week in my personal life, definitely didn’t expect to be treated that way after spending money on my supper at this establishment. Completely lost my appetite after that.

Work on your customer service skills with your evening staff please.

Reached out to the owner. The only apology I received came with a gaslighting undertone. He stated, “I apologize IF this happened.” Then stated he could not find the video of the incident. I gave him the time I was there including my online order number which had my name and time as well - and there has been no response since after several days.

What a completely disappointing and disturbing...

The food was okay, but the customer service was horrible...waited forever for someone to wait on us there wasn’t a line and the drive thru wasn’t busy 3 employees looked at us and just stood there like what do you want in the back also the manager or supervision was taking a super long break she could of at least ask someone to help us instead of stare. Went to change my daughter in the bathroom and had to on the floor there’s no changing station I made a suggestion to an employee when we were done eating (manager was still on break with friends) that a kolacare station in one of the bathrooms should be installed she rudely just stared at me and said ughh ok. Just a suggestion but as someone who works in food myself customer service is a must and everyone I eat here the customer service sucks. Not a kid friendly establishment if you need to change your child there’s plenty of empty tables in the dinning...

My boyfriend and I ordered from this location and we were disappointed. He ordered the gordita (sp?) Crunch box. One of the tacos only had lettuce and tomatoes with nothing else on it, he wanted everything. My chalupa had chicken and wasn't even wrapped, the paper was just sitting beside it with the inside of the chalupa in the bag. The taco shell on my crunchwrap supreme was soggy, our pops were flat and syrupy, and they forgot the cinnamon twists. I also just found a hair embedded in the soggy crunchwrap. Not even worth returning, all they will do is offer you a free taco and send you on your way. Never had a problem until now. Will not be returning, way to...
