Last Thursday we were two adults and two 2 year old children. I wanted to impress they with the surprise to go to breakfast. We entered the restaurant which had loud background music and a lot of noise from people talking. Because it is a very small place, we sit down. They gave us menus and water. The waitress was very kind, but when ordering the food we gave the kids the tables so they could watch animated programs on YouTube and enjoy breakfast. Not even 10 minutes passed when a waiter came up to us and asked us to please turn down the volume on the children's tables because we were bothering the other customers... God, I couldn't believe what I was hearing that we were bothering the other customers when everyone was talking so loud that you could hear everything they said + the music ..There are 2 year old children. God ! Regarding the food, it was okay, but the cost was outrageous, almost more the $20 per a plate of two eggs, bacon and two pancakes in all restaurants normally is 13.95 we were excited about the they serve cappuccino but that was also not good it seemed like they took regular coffee, milk and whipped up foam and put it on top very disappointed in general we had breakfast an egg benedict two eggs with bacon and bread and potatoes for the kids and a coffee more than $85 that is a gross cost that they charge for a dish that costs them less than $5 to make I do not recommend it that place is only for rich people who do not mind throwing their money away go and have that for a good lunch or dinner...
Read moreBy far one of the best breakfast and brunch cafe’s on the south shore… And their quality has never wavered! My family and I have been going here for years, and have tried almost everything on the menu. Their breakfast is well portioned, flavorful and fresh from massive portions on their New England breakfast, to tasty flavors on their crab cake Benedict, to their sweet indulgent zebra pancakes and a healthy California omelette. For lunch they have a fresh and tasty chicken ranch wrap, crisp and delicious chicken cesar salad and the best and heartiest New England clam chowder you’ve ever tasted topped with these amazing homemade croutons! They also have a refreshing and natural mango smoothie, and for coffee lovers, an amazing ice caramel macchiato. Nothing but great things to say, and the ambience is so comforting; farmhouse with beautiful white shiplap and gorgeous exposed wooden beams and lots of light that have taken the experience to the next level after their renovation. You have lifelong customers! Keep up the good work...
Read moreWell I am one of those diners that does reviews for all restaurants I visit because I use reviews when deciding where to dine. So here goes… This place does an absolutely fabulous job with everything they serve. My very favorite sandwich is their CUBANO! I don’t care if you have had one somewhere else I promise this one will blow you away. I have gone 3 times and don’t even look at the menu. The servers are spot on, all assisting each other from delivering dishes to tables to cleaning up for each other. Every dish that passed by going to other tables made my mouth water. Everyone raves about their breakfast offerings of which there are many various kinds of Eggs Benedict! If you haven’t been then JUST GO! You will not be sorry! Thank you to everyone there for making our lunch so wonderful. Rita...
