I have been a regular patron of this establishment for over a year, and my experiences have consistently been exceptional. The staff's ability to recall my daily order has been impressive, ensuring accuracy every time. The manager deserves commendation for fostering a culture of diligence among employees, who maintain their composure and professionalism even in challenging situations, such as understaffing and difficult customers.

I would like to share an incident I witnessed during a recent visit to this Dunkin' Donuts location with my daughter. A customer became involved in a dispute with the staff due to an extended wait time. The customer proceeded to use derogatory language towards the staff, prompting the manager to intervene. The manager explained that the location was short-staffed due to three employees being in training and that the customer was the only individual complaining. The manager then politely asked the customer to leave and not return, citing the availability of other Dunkin' Donuts locations in the area. The customer's behavior escalated further, and she became irate upon being asked to leave. The customer's use of profanity in front of her child was particularly disturbing. As a regular customer at this location, I have never experienced any issues or witnessed such behavior. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and was left with no choice but to refund the customer's order and ask her not to return. The manager also made it clear that any future incidents would result in law enforcement involvement. As a gesture of goodwill, the manager provided me with a complimentary order of 25 Munchkins, which I had purchased while waiting for the situation to resolve. I appreciate the manager's commitment to supporting her staff and maintaining a positive environment. The manager's actions were entirely justified, and I commend her for her professionalism. This Dunkin' Donuts location will continue to be my preferred establishment, and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the entire staff. wow ! love dd however went there at nite on saturday painful ! got 2 hot chocolates girl took my change and walked away decided it wasnt worth it drove away opened cup and took a sip of hot water with whipped cream returned after shopping door locked at 830 pm store open till 11 pm went to drive thru and waited a few minutes then drove to window girl came out a minute later from back of store very angry opened drive thru window and just staired at me explained nicely my order was not hot chocolate she took drinks back made 2 more cups of hot water with whipped cream gave them to me shut window and walked awsy no sorry no thank you nothing i just drove off whatever will not be returning to that location any time soon usually have good experience at dd and am shocked at lack of customer service rudeness and helping herself to my change ...

This place is disgusting. The parking lot is littered with trash and Dunkin' cups and bags. My 3 year old and I go here weekly to get donuts, it's never clean, the staff is never nice. Today takes the cake, the person helping me pants were so low I you could see their underwear hanging out. He then proceeded to yell at me twice when telling him what I wanted telling me I had to pay for the donuts first so I didn't walk out without paying. My card was already in the machine-I was trying to pay for said donuts. He then apologized and said he was tired. I'm not a dunkin coffee drinker, but this store is not worth it for the donuts.
