This will be our last time visiting this specific Jimmy Johns in Marshfield. My partner and I have ordered here 3 separate times, and we had complications each time. The food was phenomenal, but no longer worth the trouble we've gone through.
The first and second time we've ordered was due to the delivery driver unfortunately not being able to find our place, yet we still would wait 1-2 hours for our food.
Today we visited, and we decided to do a mobile pick up instead to avoid the previous issue. The app claimed our order was ready, and we went inside. The employee asked the manager about the order. The manager interrupted the employee and was very rude to her. She said she would "get to it". My partner and I waited almost half an hour for our order, when I politely asked if we had it ready. They had it sitting in the bag on the counter behind the registers. The gentleman who handed the bag to me was very polite and apologized for the wait.
Overall, I do not blame the employees. The poor management style the manager has created dissatisfaction for my significant other and myself. The manager's rudeness was uncalled for, and I hope the employees find a better leader or even a better place of work to avoid the unqualified management...

Got there and had to wait for my online order to be ready while being forced to talk to a middle-aged woman at the drive-through who thought I might care about how often there is snow on her birthday and that she’s thinking about buying a hoodie to wear at work. Got home with my order to discover that one of the two subs we ordered was made very much incorrectly. Went back for a replacement, got back home and realized they didn’t give us the brownie that was in the order. I feel like reading should be a requirement. There was also so much sauce on the two wraps in our order that you could pour it out of the wrap. It got everywhere and made them essentially inedible without taking a shower afterward! Ultimately forcing a disabled person leave the house to pick up an order that he again had to pay twice to an already paid order. They recharged the same card now tieing up the fund twice over. He paid twice for one order while almost falling if he didn’t notice the sidewalk. A small cardboard isn’t enough of a warning especially if it’s with ink pen.
