I normally am not one to post bad reviews, as everyone has a bad day. Employees don't show up, rude people, etc. I get it. However, my husband and I stopped to have a burger and ice cream. I get it was late, but, it was 8:48 when we were ordering, and I asked if we could still sit in the lobby. I was told that as long as we were done eating by 9:00 as the lobby closes at 9:00, but we could sit at the tables outside. Mind you it WAS STORMING OUTSIDE, I said to the cashier it is storming out and she says yeah we're supposed to get hail too, but you want us to sit outside. At this point I was just shaking my head, so I just ordered ice cream, but my husband orders a burger meal. We are waiting for his food. I sat down at one of the tables, and I kid you not, the guy was going to the tables reminding people that the lobby closes in 5 minutes. One table got up and left as they were finished anyway. The other table with a couple literally had to get up and leave in the middle of their meal, they left with half their food in their hands. I get the lobby closes at 9, however if you have people in there eating you don't kick them out!! Lock the door at 9, and let people that were there before 9 finish their food. Plus your store doesn't close until 10, so no one was working overtime to accommodate the paying customers. I was so very disappointed in the entire visit! I guess we will patronize...
Read moreMy wife and I visited this location this evening. My wife has Celiac disease and has a difficult time being able to go out to eat. Being familiar with gluten free food, my wife ordered a small Reese's cup blizzard and asked that the mixing machine be cleaned down to avoid possible cross contamination. The cashier proceeded to tell my wife that the Reese's peanut butter cups they used contain gluten.... Now tell me, why would every fast food restaurant (including yourselves) list Reese's as a gluten safe mix-in for ice cream treats if this is, surely, untrue. Judging by the attitude behind her tone, the cashier just didn't want to do her job of providing a safe, allergen free, atmosphere for her customers. I highly recommend educating your employees on what gluten is, what foods actually contain it, and ways of reducing cross contamination. We will unlikely be returning to...
Read moreI was just there using the drive up window. I ordered a simple chocolate malt. When I got it it was like the consistency of milk, not ice cream at all! So I said I would like it to be thick like a normal malt. She did take it back & said she would remake it. Then some one came to the window & told me the next time I order a malt they will not re make it for me! She told me this is the way they make it. I am almost 70 & I think I know how a malt is suppose to be. I told her I have had MANY malts from Dairy Queen and they have never been like a glass of milk.This is the first time I have ever sent any thing back to be redone and I could not believe how rude she was.
