Mattress Firm Outlet - North Central Avenue — Hotel in Marshfield

Wayne was very personable, patient, and accommodating. I had an unpleasant experience at another Mattress Firm location at the beginning of the pandemic which resulted in me purchasing a bed that I had waited over two months for delivery only to be told they don't deliver to my area and instead of giving me an option to pick it up they cancelled it . Needless to say I did have my reservations about even stepping foot into another Mattress Firm. When I did I was promptly acknowledged by Wayne even though he was with another customer. He allowed me to browse and approached me once he had finished with the other gentleman. He inquired about what had brought me in that evening. He was conscious of keeping to my price point and type of mattress I was seeking. Which was a firm queen. I then inquired about a floor model king that caught my eye. He gave me the measurements to verify they would work in my new apartment. I left and called back two days later, my mistake for sure because the unit had sold. Wayne had called me back to ask me back in to see if he could find something else that would work. Unbeknownst to me, Wayne was consulting other locations to locate another similar set for me. He was able to find a set within my new parameters, a king firm with adjustable base while again keeping my budget in mind. Delivery and set up is to take place next week and I am super excited and glad that I gave Mattress Firm another chance and that Wayne did his due diligence to not only meet, but definitely exceed my...

I just wanted to say how happy I was with the customer service that we were given. Wayne was not only knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at but very polite and courteous. He remembered me, and addressed me by my name...which was nice not feeling like I was just another sale to be made. He helped us through the whole process with ease. After we were pretty much decided on the one we wanted, he then took us to a few other mattresses to not only compare, but to make certain that we were picking out one we would be best satisfied with. We did end up going with our original purchase idea...which was a bit more costly then I had planned on but after discussing it with my wife we are both in agreement that was the right one for us. This was the 3rd store we went to looking at our options and this was the only store that made me feel like I was talking to a person who not only was very knowledgeable about all the products but he treated me like a person and not just another sale to be made..... like the other people I dealt with. Just wanted to express my upmost gratitude toward Wayne at the marshfield wi store. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and hope to deal with you on future purchases.

Wayne R. at this location gave me faith in customer service again after we had multiple items to work through.

We had an issue with a mattress and they worked with us to replace it, but with the pandemic supply issues we found out they were back ordered on the new mattress. So Wayne took his vehicle and drove all the way to Minneapolis (from Marshfield!) to pick up the only one left within a several state radius. This was from a sister warehouse and he took it back to their own warehouse + arranged delivery.

This mattress was a bear, a king size and well over 200lbs - it was not an easy transport but where the heck do you hear of a story like that?

Thank you Wayne for going through the trouble, while we were concerned because of our past customer experiences with other companies it turned out that shopping with you was the best decision we could have made.
