Unfortunately for me my kids love Wendy's and it's the closest one to me when I get off work. I used to love it until I had the misfortune of having to order from this particular one. They rush you through your order, I barely get to finish what I'm saying before I can tell them my drink and they are asking me what size, what drink, what else, etc. It's quite annoying. Then I get attitude at the window for asking for sour cream, guess they actually had to move to do something. After a 12.5 day at work the last thing I wanna do is deal with attitude and have a long wait. Instead of listening to my better judgment and checking my bag I get all the way home on the other side of town to missing food, mine of course after working long hours, and my kids sandwiches messed up. How? 2 are plain and one is just ketchup.The fries were soggy and not even salted. I didn't even go back. I was too tired and just went to bed hungry and out of the money for it all.This isn't a one off situation either. Once before I ordered a spicy chicken barbecue sandwich which wasn't spicy, another time it was a cheesy jalapeno something I didn't even order. It's everytime I go. Something each time is wrong or missing and if it weren't for my kids I'd never go here again. I'm tired of wasting money for nothing and to get attitude from the young girl in drive thru who has no customer service skills whatsoever. This place needs a whole new crew all the way around. Read moreI got 4 sandwiches 3 out of the 4 were messed up. I went back to get the sandwiches remade and fresh fries since they would be cold by time I could eat my sandwich. Shift manager Micheal never apologized. I told him thank you several times and he never said your welcome or anything. I should have checked the sandwiches before I left the second time but I didn’t. Well wouldn’t you know 2/3 were messed up so I called and the manager was very rude and told me to come back and we could look at them together. I get to the store and the shift manager Micheal says I watched my employee make the sandwiches and basically said I put the mayonnaise on the sandwich and took the bacon off the one. He offered a refund but all I wanted was the sandwiches made correctly. Then I hear him talking to his employee do you see this only this this and this on the sandwiches. Very rude, disrespectful, and not professional. I will definitely not be using this Wendy’s again. I will also call his manager and corporate tomorrow. I can not believe they would hire somebody like that.! I can’t imagine how he talks and treats his employees. Mario do better at selecting your “shift managers” because he definitely is not a good choice nor fit for the position. Read moreUsing Wendy’s own website my fiancé & I placed an online order for drive thru pickup last night. We paid online & received a confirmation. When we arrived at the drive thru they wouldn’t open the window. Obviously 🙄 ignoring him, as we could see them inside. Finally after waiting for at least 5 minutes he knocked on the window. When a worker finally opened up he was told they didn’t have the food. He showed our web receipt from Wendy’s website & another worker came to the window & said they didn’t fill our order & weren’t going to fill our order. It was about 10 minutes between the time we placed the order until the time we got to Wendy’s, giving them ample time to prepare the food. They had just decided to ignore the order & us so they could close early. We have had issues with this location before, as the employees tend to “hide” in the restaurant for the final hour they are supposed to be working. Maybe they should just start saying they close @11 since that’s what happens anyway. They wasted our time, gas, & we had to contact the website for a refund because they said they couldn’t do that either. If I owned a franchise like this, I would be embarrassed by my employee choices. These people are getting paid to work & instead they are literally hiding from paid customers.
