This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. To preface, I worked at McD’s as a teenager - was a great experience. Not even sure where to start with this place. Slow service. Get to drive through, they try to give us extra drinks. Have us park and wait for our order. Bring food to the car that pulls in behind us. Five minutes pass. I get out to go check, and they bring out a bag as I’m walking in. I ask if it’s our order number, he shrugs and hands me the bag. It’s not our order. So I take it to the counter. They don’t apologize, don’t rush my order, nothing. Fifteen minutes later, they give me my order. It’s still messed up - but I suppose at least they gave us two of the sandwiches they didn’t get right. I honestly don’t know how they can be this bad. They didn’t appear to be understaffed. The guy running orders seemed to be standing around a lot, complaining about the car without a driver (me). I’m honestly baffled at how you can provide this poor service and survive. Read moreWow. Let me tell you about the displeasure of dealing with Aiden and Corbin today. My family and I came in to eat. The order was wrong. Not a huge deal. Corbin and Aiden are at the counter basically playing like toddlers. They proceed to ring up and comp order to fix the food. This includes Aiden making noises and saying Corbin is "slow". Super cool right? Then Corbin asked me if I wanted the food that had not been prepared correctly. I said no thank you. Aiden then proceeded to eat the food. He didn't go to the back to hide it. He bragged and ate it in front of staff and customers. Corbin meanwhile complained that a senior citizen had ordered the wrong sized coffee and then proceeded to hand another woman a large french fry with no bag or tray. Read moreOver a year and the poor service continues. I have witnessed employees on multiple occasions handling food without gloves, and constant horse playing. "Gregg" the franchise owner needs to wake up and fix this.
Stand your ground. There's a 90% chance they will automatically tell you to move around and wait. Do not move. DO NOT MOVE WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER! Almost a year and they still continue poor service.
Double check your fries. They have been handing out mediums in place of large and they do not make the effort to open the fry container up either.
Service is HORRIBLE. Something is always down. 98% chance they will tell you to go to the wait parking, only to observe a total of 9 vehicles served as I continue to wait for the order.
