I had an extra few minutes on this particular morning at 6:30 so I drove 10 minutes round trip out of my way to get a drink. There were 4 cars in the drive-thru and 1 person inside in front of me. It took over 15 minutes for me to get my drink and it was made wrong but since I was going to be late for work if I waited any longer I had to except what was given to me! There were 3 workers making coffee and 2 workers wiping down the counters and organizing the coffee in the lobby. I guess I will settle for a frappe from McDonald's since it's on my way to work and I don't have to wait 15 minutes to get it. It seems like if you order from the starbucks app you get your items almost right away; probably because it doesn't require any kind of customer service! Don't think I will be returning to any Starbucks. Not worth the money, customer service, or the wait! Giving it one star is...

I come here every work day, and some off days for at least the past 2 years. Yes addicting coffee. Very friendly staff. Restrooms are clean. I've had very few times where drive thru misunderstood what I had ordered (iced or warm coffee), but they always make it right. Certain times can be busy, and take longer to get your drink, so just plan accordingly. Update 12/12/17 before 8am. Staff must have forgotten the window was open while makin fun of customers. "No ice? Does she want water?" Followed by a bunch of laughs. It's sad to find a place you enjoy going to, and it getting ruined by a handful of bad experiences or a few bad apples.
