Taco Bell — Restaurant in Martinsville

While the staff at this location are friendly, the orders they hand out are very frequently incorrect, missing items, or subpar in quality. My wife and I have both worked for different Taco Bell locations for years in college so we are well aware of the challenges and conditions required. Typically, I would call to let the staff know there was a problem with the order but this location DOES NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. On several occasions, we have ordered tacos without lettuce but almost always have lettuce anyway. The potatoes are only fresh about half the time. I've had a burrito supreme that tasted like degreaser (which I obviously didn't eat beyond a single bite that nearly made me vomit.) And even today, without a single specially made item, the staff didn't not include 2 items that I purchased. Again, I cannot call to tell any member or manager that my order was incorrect. I am usually very understanding about having something not made the way it was ordered (such as the tacos without lettuce actually having lettuce in them) but this location is by far one of the worst I have ever encountered. I am happy that the staff is personable and polite, but there is no way to rectify any problems without going back to the location. Virtually every single other fast food location in Martinsville has good employees, correct orders, and a phone number. Until any of these changes are made, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. It is a tremendous waste of time and money. I cannot describe exactly how disappointed I am to have ever even spent a dime of my money here so I suggest everyone else stays far, far away. Taco Bell, Cheap food that fuels you and you hate yourself later for. Don't expect much from this Bell unless you like food that is messed up. If your item has ABC on it normally, expect to get ABD or BCG on it. They seem to not know what goes on each item. Also a girl helping train one of the new members was a complete snot to him. Barking orders to him on what to put on things, physically taking items out of his hands and throwing them away if he messed them up. I understand they would need to be re-done but to grab them, toss them, and bark orders for him to do it again seems harsh. She was just being an overall A-hole to him when he was trying to learn... you could tell he was trying.

Now add this back to what I said before, I received items with weird things, like tomatoes in a pintos and cheese, while she was training him. This irritates me because she was over talking at drive thru and he asked me what the Pintos and Cheese was. I told him some refried beans, cheese and a little red sauce. He made it and she came back over and threw it away for some reason. I then ended up with that and tomatoes in it? What in the world?

I would recommend you keep driving if you see this Bell. or at least give it 6 months past May 2018 in hopes they...

My all food lovers friend, just telling you a real hurt feeling I ever had in my life.me and my bro mani went to taco bell to celebrate mani's new marcidies car celebration party .we ordered food at 12:03 am at 03.06.2019 , order on that time was 290&291 cashier girl said their lobby will close in the next 15 min, we better get carryout only but we request her we will finish quick and will clean table .then she took our order and serve us tacos we started to eat after 5-7 min server girl came to us and tell us can you guys just leave we about to close our lobby .my friend mani says to her can you call your owner or manager ,in the meantime we only finish our half of the food ,manager or who named 'Logan, walk to us and we asked him can we just finish the rest of the meal , he seems very rude to us he straight tell us to leave .i tried to explain as a 6 year Indian restaurant worker never treat a customer like how he's treating us. he didn't listen .at he told us to get out from the store example they have to close lobby for security purposes, I was surprised how can be possible .he trash our food we went out from taco bell with a heavy heart .once again server people specially Logan or whatever he prove there is still racist people here...
