I went in yesterday at around 3:00pm and I got to see a young male manager (I believe his name was Benjamin?) doing his absolute best to tend to customers, get the 3 ladies that were working with him to stop the rude language between them and to the customers and he was smiling looking every customer in the eye apologizing and saying i appreciate you have a good day and getting drinks and food out after numerous mess ups by the 3 women who continued to stand at their stations with very unfriendly faces on. I almost didn't order... But I really wanted a quick bite, so I approached the red haired young woman and she asked "what Ido you want?". I shook it off because I respected that he was struggling with these ladies, he was reassuring us as customers that there is hope for this restaurant and I believe it will start with him! He is the only reason I will be back after receiving the complete wrong order and getting attitude for saying that wasn't what I ordered.Good Job young man. P.S.- I have been in Hotel management for 15 years before retirement, and These 5 stars are for his understanding that no matter how difficult your employees get, keep the hospitality till the end, very Impressed.. Read moreWhere do I start with how incredibly awful this was. Friday night after a concert 7-13-18 around 11pm we stopped in. We were greeted by a smiling lady which was pleasant. Lots of people waiting in the lobby. No big deal right?! Thousands of people after a concert so we expected a wait. What we did not expect is no kidding a 52 min wait!!! Let me be clear, plenty of staff. All on their phones hiding behind the counter. Wish I’d a caught it on video. Drive thru was dead so no excuse there. Seriously just lack of care that they had a rush. They were obviously staffed for the rush after the show but these employees didn’t care at all. Our food was hot but to be honest I barely ate because of comments I overheard made by staff so I was concerned about the quality of my food. After one customer asked for a refund the employee snapped off on the guy so we didn’t want to go through that. We witnessed 3 groups leave after paying and didn’t get their food. When I pulled up i saw someone waiting for food to be brought out to them, I went in and one guy was waiting so I stood near him. An employee popped their head out. Saw me and went back to the back area, I asked the guy who was waiting if he placed his order and he said he did so I walked up to the counter, the guy working the drive through and another person, not the guy who went in the back started using their phones, looked at me for a second and went back to their phones. On my way out I informed the lady who was still waiting on food that I was leaving cause they were in there playing on there phones.
