Adam's Taphouse and Grille Severna Park — Restaurant in Maryland

This place is awesome. The food is great the service is great everything is great. But the bathroom behind the bar always stinks. it smells like the fumes that come out from the pipes or something. it's not stinking like someone went to the bathroom but more like sewage. it's a horrible sewage smell and it's always there!! at least it has been for the past year or so. when I brought it up to some of the employees they didn't know what I was talking about like they're used to it or something. When I talked to all the regulars at the bar and restaurant and talked to friends about it they all have the same reaction... they laugh and say "haha yeah it's terrible" if I could take a picture of the bathroom smell I would. for that reason I'm giving four stars for atmosphere they should put an air freshener or something in the bathroom I'm standing in the bathroom now and it's ridiculous how much it smells but other than that the place is amazing and they do have other bathrooms that don't smell over at the...

I ordered takeout from them almost every week. They really messed up the last 2 times.

They forgot 2 orders last time and I told them about it at the last visit. I didn't drive back there after a long day. Their response was, sorry about that. Well, that was MY lost. Because they didn't fix their mistakes. On top of it, they served a rotten potato.

This time, I ordered takeout and sat at the bar while I waited for the order. The bartender ignored me. She walked by me 3 times. She purposely avoided eye contact with me. The next time she was near, I said hi can I order a drink? And it seemed like such an inconvenience to her. She reluctantly served my drink order. I am discovering that non-white patrons are not welcomed in Severna Park. There were 2 other parties that came in and haven't even sat down yet, and she's on them, asking how they're doing. One of my favorite places to go dine out. Today I had the salmon with a side of double broccoli. Salmon could have stayed in the oven a few more minutes, but it was delicious just the same. My favorite is the shrimp and bacon skewers and rack of ribs. Every now and then they'll be something wrong with an order, but they will always fix it or take it off the tab. I have also been to events like parties and weddings where they has Adams as the caterer, and it's always been a hit. Their brisket and pulled pork is really done well, and if you're walking around the B&A trail by the library, Woods Memorial Church, you'll be drawn in by their barbecue permeating the air! A kid-friendly menu and a separate bar/pub area if you want to watch the game on Sunday. Only drawback is no wifi, so put your phones down and look at each other get bbq sauce all.over yer ugly mugs!
