Every time we have visited, our little ones end up sick within 12 hours. We also booked a b-day party there with the most expensive package where they handle everything. Going into it, I said I would handle to food, all they provided was a chick fil a nugget tray. When the party was over, we were rudely confronted to pick up and clean the party area because the next party had arrived. We were told a few times to clean or we would be charged an additional hour. The staff was extremely rude especially considering we paid to have them clean the party room, that was included in the party package. I notified the manager the following week and she could not have been anymore unapologetic and would not offer a refund when we did not get what we paid for. Lesson learned NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES.
Edit to the response. Whoever I talked with months back identified themselves as a manager. And yes WE had to clean up everything while 2 employees and the next party watched on. Again, the staff was extremely rude, and considering we paid for them to clean up the party, the decorations⦠We did not get what we paid for. Again, lesson learned on birthday parties and especially with your little one getting sick every time they visit.
Edit to response - when I made a complaint I was told I talked to the manager, so Iām not sure why Iām now being told there isnāt a manager at that location. And yes, we were given no warning about cleaning up and we had to clean up everything there. The paper, plates, decorations, everything which we had paid a lot of money for them to handle. Complete waste of money and children always get sick at...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlay Street Museum is the best addition to our area in a long time! Instead of the typical indoor playground, Play Street offers numerous areas for your child to play, use their imagination, create and interact with other children. The perimeter is lined with street-like child-sized buildings fully equipped with everything your child could imagine. In the center of the town is the best (& huge) wooden train play station around, a large recycle trash truck with slots to recycle materials and a fire truck complete with a long hose and child-size fireman outfits. There are craft and creativity stations which are constantly rotated with new activities. Play Street offers different things for your children and grandchildren to play with instead of the same things at home or found at playgrounds. The area is laid out so you can see your child the entire time. The social interaction extends beyond the kids to the adults with many great conversations sharing stories among parents and grandparents. Play Street should become part of your regular rotation of great places to take your children. Very convenient and easy, close parking. The staff is super-friendly and readily available. ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWow! The attention to detail here is just amazing. First, it is SO clean. Usually going to places with my toddler I wonder how long until he catches his next cold from the surfaces graced by so many other little hands⦠not once did I have that feeling here as it felt as if we had just come for opening despite us being the second group of the day! I also loved that they had a āsanitation bucketā for when kids did inevitably put the yummy looking plastic food in their mouths! Second, the token for a snack was just a darling touch that made me feel like I was welcome and supported as a toddler parent from the moment we walked in. Finally, I could not get over how many ālittle bigā things were in each play area. Every touch I could think of at one of these real life āplay areasā was there in pint-size! From the X-rays in the doctors office to the perfectly stocked shelves at the market, a lot of thought has gone into preparing this space and it does not go...
