The clerk posture was that of not wanting to service customers. I moved to the side before I placed my order to count out $2.00 in change to pay for the order. When I placed my order for the lunch special, the clerk stated that it was an on line order. When I shared with him that I had come in and ordered the lunch special before. He changed the price to the lunch special . As I was paying the clerk with the $2.00, counted out in $1, 00 piles, he told me he was too busy to count the change.l I looked behind me and there were 3 people waiting. fir there order and 2 behind me in the line When my order was ready, he called hey, which is very insulting He saw I was writing a review and he said I should not be giving him a 1 because he gave me the lunch special prize when I should have paid full price. I was until tonight a Longtime and frequent customer. They know my name and my order BUT I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THEM AGAIN!!! The young lady that works the front and takes orders was RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL!!! I asked for a refund because I refuse to spend my money where as a customer I am disrespected. Her response was calling security. Long story short there was a police officer outside so I asked him to come in and wait while I was either refunded my money by the establishment or contacted my bank to dispute the charge. He mentioned workers they needed to do better because this was his 3rd time having to come into their place of business this evening. Now this is fish, lol. I posted a review about another Americas Best Wings that wasn't so good but this one is another story. If you like fried or grilled fish, you must try. The fish and chicken are very well seasoned. They also open your food in front of you to ensure that there are no issues and also so you can add additional seasonings or condiments. The employees are very courteous and polite. They go out of their way to be helpful. The fish dinner that I purchase is with two pieces of nice sized fish, 5 buffalo wings and fries or rice and a drink for $15.00. I'm always happy with my food and the service, there is smlle parking.
