Greetings, to say that I am beyond disappointed is a undertone. During my visit I attempted to purchase a few meals for my mother, My children, and myself. Getting to the drive thru I was advised that the ice machine is broken and the drinks would be warm. I asked "Can there be a substitution of some kind instead of a warm drink?" Apparently the training manager takes over the questioning and was very rude and stated "No we DONT DO THAT, EITHER YOU PAY FULL PRICE AND GET A WARM DRINK OR ORDER TENDERS ALONE!" She was extremely rude and her attitude was unwarranted. I asked her: "I am certain that today has been long and I am just asking what my options are whether it be a side alternative or a price differentiation, I know you didn't mean to talk to me like this and it is Sunday so I can imagine you have been really busy." She again snaps and says "My day is fine and I am having a blessed day actually." I asked for her name and the number to corporate as she says that she is the manager with this poor demeanor. She says "I DONT HAVE TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND I AM NOT DEALING WITH THIS AND GIVING YOU ANYTHING!" I at this point get out of my car and see her talking to a woman of Latino origin who tried to smooth over the issue. No one provided an apology or name. I was able to purchase my order and given an additional side for the drink but my food was inedible the tenders were so old we could not bite into them and too hard to feed my small children because they were a choking hazard. The training manager was an African American female with short hair and a lady on the plus side of things. I held my peace for several reasons it was in fact a long day, I was in clergy attire, and at no point was I nasty and my family and I didn't deserve to be treated like that! I paid $37.18 for a young lady to come back to the window to say they only have dark meat. I said âno thank you l would prefer a refund.â Which then she replied, âl canât give you a refund.â I was puzzled when I was told they didnât have what l asked for. I asked for a manager and a woman named Sabrina came to the window. When responding to me her delivery was not the best. I asked for her manager she obliged after maybe 30 minutes later which caused three cars to pull up behind me. I then spoke to Martin Morris, and I am not certain how he got that position. I was informed that they no longer give refunds. I explained that if l was informed before purchasing l would have left. They wanted to force me to just take anything. I asked, âwould you want to eat from location where you were not pleased with the service?â Or âfeed your family that food?â I guess l made Mr. Martin so livid that he begins to verbally insult me using vulgar language. I requested the General managerâs number. He is named Lawrence and never returns calls after several messages. Then had the audacity to ask me do I want a $15 coupon to use within 90 days to get more food. I just replied, âno sir, I want my $37.18.âThey need to close the store until they have training sessions or good customer service.    Read moreI don't believe this even deserves a 1 star. I ordered online and when I got there to pick up my order through the drive thru the girl at the window was so rude. She didn't say anything and just handed me my food. I asked her if I could get some of the Korean BBQ sauce that comes on the new saucy nuggets and she looked at me like she hated me and said "oh We don't have that anymore" I said what do you mean there is a sign on the menu and on the window of the front of the building that it's new. She just repeated well we don't have it anymore. I told her then you need to take all the signs down. She was like that's just online. I don't know how that makes sense lol if I order it online are they going to ship it to me since she said they don't serve it there at that store. She was so rude and nasty I knew it wasn't worth arguing anymore so I left. When I got home the chicken was good and the coleslaw BUT the apple pie bites were horrible. You only get 4 little bites that are hard has a rock with NO apple pie filling and are dry as the Sahara. I do not recommend anyone going to this KFC.
