Stokos — Restaurant in Maryland

Had a terrible experience on Sunday 10/5/2025. Came to pick up food person behind the desk was very condescending, & rude. ( I didn’t come in with an attitude or acted rude to them at all ) I Sat inside & waited another employee started mopping by me while I sat down didn’t say excuse me, Or ask me to even move proceeded to mop by my feet. They were also rude to another family of color. When I asked in a nice what’s all the bad energy for he talked to coworker in another language and laughed. I wouldn’t spend my hard earned money here. The vibes were subliminal racist. And I don’t do reviews or play the Race card often. Terrible service STOKOS in the city way better. I hope management reads this and does better half if not more then half your customers are African American they can improve customer service. And if racism wasn’t a factor...

I like the other location on Loch Raven. The food is ALWAYS good. This is the 2nd time that I visited this store. I ordered a cheese fish sub the first time and it was awful, the fish patty was old and my bread was toasted to hard so I said I'd stick to the chicken but sad to say that the chicken was bad this time too. The meat was dark, no seasoning and the oil was probably old. The food was not cooked well like at their other location. I ordered 4 wings and fries and all of my chicken wings looked deformed but fried...you know those handicapped looking wings with no end piece on the flat part and the real big drum stick without the stick. I was very disappointed 😞. I don't think I'll be going back to this location but it's on my side of town. I was soooo excited when I found out they were open but they need better cooks cause I'm done...

My sister & I went here yesterday for the first time and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the 3 men preparing the food didn’t have a mask or gloves on plus they had long beards which wasn’t covered up , 1 man even took a order over the phone then went back to preparing the food & didn’t wash his hands . We told 1 of the men we placed a order online all he said was okay like he didn’t care . It took about 10-15mins to get our food but it didn’t taste all that it will be our last time going there due to the...
