I finally did it. I had to go by and try the new Wagyu Burger. Had to do it in true style and get this as a double. The burger by itself was only 6.99 and 4.00 tacked on with the extra patty. The burger was very good and flavorful. There was a good char on the outside. The burger sauce was great as well. All the fkavors worked well together. I have never had real Wagyu before, but thank you Arby's for trying to incorporate something like that at the fast food level when no one else is. The restaurant is very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. At first, they were not sure if they could add the extra patty but figured it out.

If you love Chocolate don’t order the Chocolate shake( IT’S NOT VERY Chocolatey) Manager claims the owners came in a changed the mix they were using to much mix 🥴. Barley taste the chocolate 🤷‍♂️ just warning people in advance. Wife wasn’t impressed it was on my way home so I stopped there oh well live and learn. !!!UPDATE WIFE WAS UP 2 or 3 times thru the night going to the Bathroom. If was a darker chocolate coming out !!!

Order dt398 most of the food tastes like it’s been sitting in a bin. We love Arby’s but all of our food was cold. I spent 53$ at Arby’s! It doesn’t even look appetizing. But I’m hungry so I ate some, it’s just terrible. Its to expensive to not be fresh I will wait longer if I know it will be fresh. Food should also be served at 165 not 123. I’m not asking for perfect but at least editable

don't go to there 30mins before they close. I was just there tonight and the girl at the drive-thru had a bad attitude, I think she was ready to go home which is nobody's problem but hers. When we ordered we were told they didn't have anymore chicken or fries of any kind. They probably turned off the fryer. Didn't ask what size shakes we wanted just thought they came in one size. When I questioned it there was attitude again so, I just went with it didn't want her to spit in our food. She didn't ask if we wanted any condiments, I didn't want to ask for any. This was my second time visiting this location, I knew the friendly customer service wouldn't last long at a new location. Probably shouldn't hire people who don't want to work, especially past certain hours. This location needs more customer service training. But I won't be...

Something's up with this store all of a sudden. i ordered on the app like normal, and when I got to the restaurant there was a very long line. Waited 20 minutes just to get to the speaker, then another 15 before anyone answered the speaker. Gave my name and told them it was an online order like normal, but when I get to the window they had no idea what I ordered. Was told to pull forward and wait for my food to come out, and after another 25 minutes someone came out with the entirely wrong order. I was out of time and needed to get back to work so I just left, but when I later called the store for a refund the manager outright refused. This used to be a good Arby's but they hired a new manager that has no idea what they're doing, highly suggest going to any...

I went to this Arby’s on my way home from a bad day at work. I got there and went through the drive through and ordered. I pulled around to the window and got greeted with a smile. I asked the worker what her name was? She said “Aleah sir”. I have came through the drive through multiple times with her and she always has been fast and polite and friendly. It brightened my day that my food was hot and ready fast and the shake was perfect. Thank you to Aleah for helping me in a time of need that I forgot my wallet and she paid for me for get my kids their sandwiches.
