This Taco Bell is always short staffed which is fine and not the workers fault. But it becomes an issue when workers start taking it out on the customers, we went to the drive thru, note that there were no other customers present at the drive thru or behind us, the parking lot was completely empty there was 1 car parked which was probably the employees, anyhow. We go tot he drive thru we order in a very respectful manner, she lets us know that they do not have the shells to make the Mexican pizzas we ordered and we tell her thatās okay and weād replace it with something else. After that she tells us to pull forward, we tell her 3 times that we werenāt done with our order to which we got no response to, we waited for a little and pulled to the window, we let the lady at the window know that we werenāt done ordering she tells us that they are short staffed they only have 2 people working in, and that we should be more patient and understanding about it, she tells us to pull to the speaker again and slams the window in our face. We pull back around to the speaker as she said. She told us to wait and look at our menu knowing it was us. After this we waited before getting confused at the workers disgusting behavior. We decided weād go to the dual highway Taco Bell instead. This was extreme inappropriate behavior on the workers end, we spoke in a respectful manner, we didnāt even say anything to her about slamming the window in our face, she said we needed to be more patient but the only one with no patience was her. I can tell that the management is very poor and the atmosphere at this location needs improvement. Would not recommend eating here, Iāve had bad experiences with them before but let it slide because they are always short staffed to be completely honest. If you let them know they made a mistake on your order they act very rude towards you as if it was your fault. It doesnāt matter how respectful you are towards them, they will always behave rudely. Fast food workers have it tough I get it but thatās no excuse to be disrespectful and rude to customers that come to spend their hard earned money just to be treated like this by someone who they have never seen before. I hope the owner of this place takes action to correct their workers attitude and also help them out by staffing them...

I decided to stop here late at night, about 11 pm, with only an hour left. The gentleman who took my order through the drive-thru was polite and immediately asked how I was before asking for my order. He was knowledgeable and helped me choose from several combo boxes they had. He also told me every single drink option they had as I am not currently drinking soda.
The food took a few minutes to prepare but thatās okay with me because itās fresh and hot! It was all great and I am very pleased with this locations customer service improvements! I will update my review to a 4/5 now!
Original review - I was in the area and decided to get a few things here for lunch. I ordered my food at the drive-thru with no wait. I then proceeded to the window and paid and the young girl working handed me my receipt and said āhave a good dayā. To me, I thought this meant I was done at this window and to proceed forward. So I did to only find the front of the store with no further window. I then went to go inside but the inside was closed for whatever reason.
An employee quickly saw me standing outside. and I told her the issue and she said she would bring me out my food. Within 30 seconds she brought me a bag of food. I checked it and discovered it was the wrong order. I suspect they gave my order to the car behind me and gave me their order. I knocked on the window and a lady in business clothes who had been sitting at a laptop (maybe district manager?), opened the door and I told her my dilemma. She told me to keep the food I was given because they would throw it away. I waited five minutes and she brought me out my correct order.
I just think the store needs more time to make sure the employees are trained properly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy friend and I had just come back to town after a long drive we were extremely tired and hungry. We stopped by the Taco Bell on Sharpsburg Pike in Hagerstown MD today at 2:30p.m. I asked for a Beef Chalupa Supreme and a drink. My friend got a #9 meal with a drink. He then said he wanted hard tacos in that. The woman taking the order replied "You don't want soft? Let me go change those. Go to the window" with serious attitude. My friend and I looked at each other wondering what the problem was. We got to the window, paid for our food. She handed it to us and closed the window. There were no sauces in the bag. Since the woman at the window didn't speak to us and closed the window. We sat there as she looked at us and purposely turned her back on us. Another customer had now pulled up behind us, ready to get their order. She opened the window and looked at us. Still no words. I asked her for sauce and she handed it to us and again closed the window without a word. I won't be returning. Not that that's important to anyone but I had to get...
