HAPPY NEW YEARS! COME GET YOUR FRESH HAIR IN YOUR FOOD HERE!! Coming from New Mexico I was happy to be welcomed by all the good smells. We entered & were greeted promptly on New Years Day. It wasn't that busy. I checked out the menu before coming (but not the reviews obviously) ... excited to have my friend try ceviche, being a first for him EVER! I commented on the fresh chips & salsa, ordered drinks which came out beautiful. The ceviche didn't disappoint & went on to order a meal to split, with one to take home for later since we're bird eaters.... After happily finishing a wrap of the Carne Asada while using the ceviche for a side- almost done eating, I lifted a chip from the ceviche only to find a THICK BLACK SHORT HAIR on the one below it. GROSS!!!!!???? I mentioned it to the server. Putting it aside for her to see for herself and take to the kitchen for conclusion, only for nothing to be done. No dessert offered. Nothing more to be said. I guess that's why they have such bad reviews, because even when they mess up - they take no responsibility. &lucky if their food comes out any good. &to think this review could HAVE WENT ALOT DIFFERENT WITH BETTER SERVICE! I mean, I have animals and not a single hair looks like a pube- sorry not sorry. Mind you, we came here happy and ordering our first New Years meal at a place we had never been before only hoping the best! That was uncalled for & disgusting! Ayana, our Server- while quiet and sweet ... did nothing. Suggested nothing. Only saying "okay" and taking it away. HAPPY NEW YEARS!!! Come get the best PUBE HAIR IN YOUR FOOD FROM LOS AMIGOS! First time at los amigos was not a good experience I went their on Valentine’s Day for me n my daughter and they had fajita special going on for 2 people like 2 fajita dinner and 2 lime drink and a desserts for $45 I ask the waitress about it and she advised me it would be better to order a separate fajita and a kids meal instead of doing the deal because they don’t substitute the drink and it would b cheaper I listen to her not realize she’s new and don’t kno what she talking about.if I would of did the special I could of got my money worth and put my meal together since they short me on shrimp and rice my meal came out 1 at a time not all together she brought my meat first then my rice and salsa like 9 min later then my flour tortilla 5 min and my daughter meal 10 after which is crazy how my child food came last smh after I was seeing waitress bring out the whole table meal all together this young lady brought one plate at a time and I order a side of fries which was cold. They gave me only 3 damn shrimp out the whole meal when it was a chicken and shrimp fajita my meal came to $43 the rice was good but look at how much they give u it was only enough to make 2 damn taco smh I could just got the special and had with my daughter I definitely would not recommend going here. The lady also seem confused on us asking questions I’m just so upset I went there for Valentine’s Day and she made my experience horrible please go somewhere else. Try fajitas...

Hit or miss as far as food quality. Service is terrible. I've had servers argue with me over several things. My family always orders the exact same dishes, and when it randomly comes out different (sauce, toppings, etc) they actually argue that it is how it always was, and then the next times it's back to how it was before. I've learned to ask how it is being served that specific day and even then I'll be served a different variation than what the server described. My child has always gotten the exact same thing, an item off the kid's menu with either milk or juice. The menu says "kid's size drink included" and the drink has always been included. During our most recent visit we were charged for his drink. I asked to have that charge removed and the server told me only soda is included. I asked when that changed because we never get soda, who gives a child soda??! Then the manager came out and literally tossed the bill on the table and said they've never included anything but soda in kid's meals, which is a lie because it has been included for us every previous visit. Besides, it says kid DRINK not kid SODA on the menu. Food is mediocre at best and is definitely not worth being...
