I will not order from this place again. I ordered a crab cake sub and a fish sub. I called in an asked questions to understand the order and specified what I wanted. Before I could finish, the attendant hung up the phone without even taking my name and number. Then I went in to get my food and when I got home my subs didn’t contain the ingredients I asked. There were no ketchup packs for the fries, and the subs were dry like the desert. I called back in to complain and instead of acknowledging my complaints, the owner just told me to bring the food back and he would give me my money back. He didn’t even offer to fix the order. I am guessing ownership or cook has changed. This was so far a wonderful food joint, their food never ever disappointed. I LOVED their fries. I ordered thru ubereats today. Dumplings n fries. Well, on there, dumplings plate says 15 dumplings but they served a total of 10 instead of 15. I am guessing menu on uber is wrong.They tasted good tho, no complaints. The dipping sauce tho good was just soya sauce, could be homemade. But my biggest disappointment today were the fries. They were barely done. It was more like thawed fries, barely cooked. I immediately tossed them in the air fryer. Now eating them. They are cooked enough now but nothing like their super crispy fries. I order from here specifically for the fries! They are open late in Columbia which is great,but the subs there are skimpy ad over priced. The flavor is good, but when i get a 12" cheesteak with extra meat and extra cheese plus other toppings i dont expect to be hungry afterwards. The sandwich was mostly bread, disappointing to say the least. I thought i would order pizza next time since their subs were a bust, but they only have small/personal sized pizzas and im weary of getting pizza from a place that doesn't actually make full pizzas, especially after my experience with their cheesteaks, i will probably eat there again because there is nothing else open nearby after i get off work, also delivery...
