Mr. Beast Burger — Restaurant in Maryland

I just ordered Mr beast burger for the first time and I have to say I am very disappointed. I ordered it because my kid was home sick from school and she is a big Mr beast fan. We ordered four items and there was three issues. We ordered a beast combo with caramelized onions and no onions. We got no caramelized onions, diced onions and we didn’t receive the crinkle fries. We also ordered a Karl’s deluxe which is supposed to have caramelized onions on it. This sandwich arrived with diced onions and not caramelized onions. My daughter was really looking forward to the French fries that we didn’t receive and she’s very disappointed. Overall for the price I paid I am disappointed as well. This is not what I would have expected of a Mr Beast item. Also the food quality was subpar. Arrived cold. See attached pictures for the problems. Trash. They can't know that you can crisp a burger without burning it... First, my order was incorrect. I called, gave a heads up of what was wrong and said that I was on my way back. I was told on the phone that they would go ahead and start remaking. It took me about 10 minutes to get there and then I'm told, it'll be about 10 minutes because it's fresh. I come back and then I'm told 3-4 more minutes. TWENTY minutes go by and I'm asked, "do you want cheese on it?".... like, are we serious? I finally get my burgers and get home to be disappointed. I can smell the burntness before opening the wrap. I opened it and was disappointed. Who burns a burger bun? Toasting it one thing, but this ain't that. Ordered dinner for me and the kids.  The delivery was super fast for a Friday at 330pm. We got two Chandlers and they were sufficiently plain enough to satisfy picky kids.  The bun and burger quality was decent. The seasoned fries were chewy and only warm. (I wish I could have picked up myself.  Fries are way better fresh) I got a chicken tender sandwich and they were burnt and the chicken to breading ratio was not worth the price. I couldn't eat it it was so over cooked. (Will post pics) I had high hopes because I love what MrBeast stands for in general.  But can't say I'll return.
