Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Maryland

Do not bother going to this location after 8pm. The 2 guys that work there do not want to be there and refuse to serve you anything other than a scoop of ice cream. If you ask for a milkshake you won't get one. I have been told milkshakes aren't served after 8:30pm, I've been told we don't make them at all because customers complain they melt too fast and they don't want to deal with it, they don't want to clean the blender, and most recently they said the manager told them "don't make milkshakes" because they don't make a profit from them. The Google hours say they close at 12am (it's on a college campus) and the door says they close at 10/11pm. It's a crapshoot if they are open for business. They say they close at 8:20, 9:10, 9:40, 10:15, random times depending on if they feel like working that night. You would be better going to any other Dunkin/Baskin if you don't want to waste your time and gas driving to this location. These 2 guys should stay in bed and management should find...

I got to the drive-through at 8:56 PM Google says they close at 9:30 PM. I drove up to the drive-through window and the worker said they close at 9 PM. I said OK but they did not open the window. It was still only 8:57 pm and They refused to take my order. I told him what time it was and they said we have to pull trash, We have to lock up, We have to count the register sorry. Terrible experience, they never get their order right, they take forever to take your order and the service overall is terrible. I order something very simple and they forgot what I even ordered at the window and they still gave me the wrong order. I had to go back inside to let them know about their waffle cone tasting really old and the staff didn't care at all. NEVER...
