I would suggest treating your customers with value and respect and you'll see a lot more success. You run a business, but you lack customer service. Everytime I see you, you are never happy. You don't interact with your customers, instead you greet them with an attitude as if you don't want to be bothered. You run a restaurant, yet you tell me that I can not dine inside. Although last time, I ate inside and you said nothing about it. I see why your place is always empty. You should be happy that you have a customer who wants to sit down and eat. You have one area that is closed off, everywhere else is open so if you don't want customers to dine in, why do you have the area open? You should just sell your furniture at this point because it's taking up space and maybe you will have enough money to pay your bills and you wonder why you have been having a hard time keeping your business going, it's because you don't value your customers. I would rather go somewhere where I am treated with respect and where my money is appreciated. I pray that you will change your attitude and realize that your customers are what keep your lights on, pay your bills and without them your business is nothing. You should read your reviews so you can see where you need to make improvements. Furthermore, If a customer who is paying requests for extra crispy chicken, you should follow their orders, you are not the one who has to eat the food! Things like that make customers not want to come back to your business. Take notes from China Dragon in Catonsville! See how their business is Succesful and prosperous be wuse they value their customers! And if you are worried about a customer making a small mess than you are in the wrong business. It's a restaurant, things like that do happen! Like is this a joke? And you wonder why!

I will never spend my money here ever again. The food was not that great this time around anyway and the consistency is never the same. I came here because it was close by and also wanted to give you business but never again. I will be sticking to my original Chinese spot....

This is the WORST chinese food place My family has ever eaten from!!! First of all to the post with the pregnant lady new to the area.... your hormones made that meal good, not them. Seriously. I ordereded mongolian beef. If you google an image of that dish, it never looks similar to pepper steak with onion. There is a sticky dark coating and it is spicy and garnished with sesame seeds. My food was chards of beef with different sized onions from julienned to darn near half slices and huge chunks, swimming in brown water sauce. This isnt even good pepper steak!Not what a Japanese/Chinese chef would ever do with a knife and serve to someone. My wifes egg foo young was just simply deconstructing as she touched it with a fork. And worst of all... there is no flavor. Where is the asian bang? The guy told me i could return it and get something else but if it tastes bland like it again whats the point? We chalked it up as a loss and went to Benny Ders' golden dragon. Much better. Sad.... so sad that people like this stuff. They were paid to post obviously. You can give me just anything. Never go there if you expect flavor, taste, thick gravy/sauce, and the dish you actually want not what they want to give you. The pic is my mongolian beef slash renamed pepper steak. Every dish we ordered could be on the cover of a gourmet magazine with the quality and presentation and the prices are very reasonable. The shrimp had abundant and large shrimp cooked to perfection, the beef dish was tender and plentiful, all delicately seasoned to taste the fresh produce and flavors of seafood and beef.

She is known as the Mayor because of her loving care of the community and for their patrons.
