SHOCKING !! Horrible, Inefficient and Rude staff. The Old lady is an Indian (seems Gujarati) and her family is running this place. She behaved horribly with the way she spoke including the men who worked there, I think they are her children. I could here the mother screaming at them. (Old lady )

We were not allowed to have samples. I’ve been having baskin robbins since a child and it’s the first time, my family and I were refused for samples in a rude manner. The quantities given were extremely less and the flavours were not the same in taste. In the whole of America, it’s the first time I’m tasting ice cream which was not at all same in flavour or appearance and that I am unable to taste the samples.. I wonder if these illiterates are mixing ice cream with something else for cost cutting or storing inappropriately. The Jamoca Almond Fudge I had felt like I’m having crystallised junk in vanilla. The waffle cones were horrible and soft and tasted weird. I and my entire family who purchased 5 ice creams were shocked as everyone had the same issue. When asked they didn’t even bother to respond properly and made faces and behaved rude. I didn’t make a scene as I was with family but I wanted to make sure I put this review It’s sheer disappointment and ignorance by baskin Robbins not taking any action after multiple instances being reviewed...

I recently visited this location that serves Baskin Robbins, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my visit. The main reason for my visit was to get my hands on their delicious Rum Raisin ice cream, which is a flavour I absolutely love. Living about 15 miles away, I don't have a Baskin Robbins nearby that offers this particular flavour, so finding it at this location was a real treat. I’ve been craving it for a while, and I’m so glad this location keeps it.

The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, mainly the afternoon and evening guys are very helpful in suggesting what flavour to pick and which made my visit even more enjoyable. The ice cream was as smooth and flavourful. I am surprised by seeing the flavours that they have in store like literally they have 32 different flavours and they give some flavours to taste as well.
