Beijing Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

I have been ordering from this place for 3 years and recently experienced the WORST customer service I have ever received. I called for delivery for orange chicken, shrimp and broccoli, 3 wings and rice, and 2 eggs rolls. Once the order was delivered and I went to check my food I had chicken and broccoli instead of shrimp and broccoli. I immediately called and was totally disrespected by the woman who took my order. She rudely stated I did not order shrimp and broccoli and I need to speak clearly. She then said the food will be replaced but it will be 45 minutes because they are busy and immediately hung up on me. I then went to eat my egg roll and noticed those were missing too. Instead of calling back I went to the restaurant where I was then discriminated against and called a liar. The woman who works there said I was lying I'm because the egg rolls were in the bag. I told her I had no reason to lie because I spend lots of money there. She continue to be disrespectful then told me I could take my money to another restaurant. I simply asked for an apology for their mistake and she yelled at me saying no you made the mistake. I then walked out and I will NEVER eat there again. Despite other reviews, my husband and I placed an order for delivery. It took over an hour to come and was missing a few things. When we called to let them know (as we did not inspect it before the driver left), the person on the phone had the AUDACITY to ask me if I could just get it next time!!! Next time?! As if there would be a next time! AND I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!!

After some arguing, they returned and dropped off ONE of the missing items in about 20 minutes (way better timing than the original order) BUT where was the rest of it?! I didn't even bother calling again. I DO NOT reccommend them based solely on piss poor customer service! Their food was OK. Hunan Star in LaPlata is better, but Bejing was not terrible. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM HERE- I'm new to the area. I was looking for a good Chinese restaurant. I found this location and decided to give it a try. Placed my order over the phone for delivery. I was told that it would take 55 minutes which is not exactly fast service but I decided to wait. An hour passed and I called back about my order and was told by a rude woman that they called my number "many times" and I didn't answer. However, she didn't ask for my number before (I guess they used caller ID) and was calling the WRONG number the entire time. I asked her how long it would be until the order would be brought back and she rudely said, 30 minutes! I told her that I was not happy about that and she did not apologize for HER MISTAKE.
