Went to get a green tea and a slice of banana bread. We noticed that the iced green tea looked like very dark brown. We brought it to the attention of the server who happens to be the manager, she offered to just add more water to dilute it. We mentioned to her that that would not turn it into green tea. So we decide, okay we'd just try to taste it and it was not green tea, it was some kind of black tea. When we went back to return it, she immediately began to argue and insisted that it was a green teen and that's what she makes and sells everyday. We said, " this is not the green tea that we love to buy at other Starbucks". She became angry and gave us our money back and told us "she doesn't have tine for this." I have tried other locations and they never get the drink to taste just right. However Sandy never fails to exceed my expectations. Her great customer service and amazing barista skills are excellent! Sandy suggested a drink that at first I was a little hesitant, but because of her confidence and her experience, I took the plunge and now I am a fan. I ordered it at another location and Yuck...I think I will have to stick with Ms. Sandy.
