I tried to give this subway another chance, even after past incidents (slow staff and rudeness). The latest two incidents were (1) Having to correct an employee on cleanliness (asking her to change her gloves after repeatedly touching things and constantly fixing her apron) and (2) Asking an employee to correct my sandwich the way it’s supposed to be made. I requested the manager but was informed they were not there. The employee instead called the manager (JAKY) who basically told the employee to charge me for double meat and cheese. Myself and the other customers behind me were in total disbelief. No one knew what the employee said to the manager because he didn’t speak to him/her in English. I was so furious with their lack of respect and knowledge to their own job that I asked for the franchise owners name. The other employee whom stayed silent gave me the name of the employee who helped me, the managers name (JAKY) and the franchise owners name and number (GOSHI). I called the franchise owner to inform him of the repeated incidents. I never wish for anyone to be out of a job, but I refuse to tolerate rudeness and foolishness as a respectful, paying customer. Read moreI am highly upset with this location , i had doordashed my food to my home , once i received my food i ate my sandwhich and within three bites i found something black (the first picture shown) i went to subway and told them they claimed it was an olive . i never ordered olives in my sandwhich but as you can see that’s not an olive. they compensated me by remaking my sandwhich . as i got home my first bite i bit into my sandwhich and a long strand of hair was in my mouth ! my hair is not long or straight at all , i have afro kinky hair . Read moreI rated this subway 3 stars because it’s the closest to my home, I’m here often and I usually have pretty good service. Today was different. I never come in on Sunday afternoons but I see that there are these much younger kids working that shift. The young boy who made my sandwich clearly did not want to be at work today. His attitude was unwarranted. Everything I asked him to change or correct he did it with an attitude. Never said hello. Never said may I help or have a good day or would you like something else. No actual customer service at all.
