I've been waiting for their service to improve because they are new, but am still disappointed. They don't repeat your order back at the speaker which leads to consistently incorrect orders.
Last night I saw my order was wrong on the screen, then asked at the window for it to be corrected. He charged me for the more expensive item, but I found the smaller cheaper one in the wrapper when I got home. The rest of the order was incorrect also, onions when I asked for none.

You do have staff in the building, but the doors are locked and you do not have access to the restaurant. They will look at you and not come to the door and give you the correct hours or let you know the restaurant is not open. Need to decide what time you gonna operate and open doing those times.
