Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

Asked the girl behind the counter for a cold brew, she told me they didn't have cold brew and offered me an expresso. The girl next to her overheard and said they did have cold brew. When they brought me my cold brew, it had ice in it, which I let them know I didn't order ice with it. She said it comes with ice, which I told her I've never received ice in my cold brew and it waters it down. I had to ask her to make another one which is when she turned away from me slowly with an offended look on her face. When they made me a new one, I thanked them but they didn't respond and didn't make any eye contact. They didn't ask for my name either when...

Drinks are fine , but they are often understaffed. They should beef up on staff during early morning so people could stop in quickly on their way to work. I skip more often than not because of the wait
