We had a disappointing experience with a staff member named Jyoti. She refused to accept our coupon, claiming that our sandwich was the problem. This was confusing, as we had used the same coupon for the exact same sandwich just a few days earlier without any problems. When we asked for clarification, Jyoti was rude and dismissive. My friend and I stepped aside to try and figure out what the issue was, but she interrupted us to say, “It doesn’t matter,” which felt unnecessarily hostile.
After pressing for more information, she finally explained that the sandwich we ordered "no longer exists." Apparently, Subway had recently changed the recipe, slightly renamed it, and increased its price. However, instead of telling us this when we first ordered, she went ahead and made the old version of the sandwich, then proceeded to charge us the new, higher price. To make things worse, Jyoti then blamed us for not showing the coupon earlier, even though the real issue was her failure to communicate the change in the menu. We clearly ordered using the old sandwich's name, so this felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than take accountability for her lack of transparency.
While we understand that menus and promotions can change, this situation could have been handled with much better communication and basic courtesy. We hope the staff receives proper training so future customers are treated with more professionalism...

Once I arrived home , it was very obvious that one sub was much smallerthan the other. The Chicken Bacon Ranchwas approximately 4 inches smaller than the other sub. I drove back to this Subwayon Clover Street . I spoke to a young lady about my sub , asking if I could get it remade correctly . There was a lot of back and forth regarding why the portion wascorrect. Eventually , I'm guessing the manager or location owner walked in and simply told the lady to make the new sandwich. The lady was quite rude ; she and the presumed manager kept mumbling to each other , which I could clearly hear. I will definitely not be making a return , and they have lost a valuable customer. My father in law had asked for extra marinara sauce in his sub, she gave him a look that wasn't very nice and did not put extra but charged for it. She also gave the people behind us the same treatment, I still said thank you and told her to have a nice night, I didn't bother mentioning the extra charge. I understand that people can have an off day, or may be anti-social, they aren't required to be super nice, but this was too much, why treat people rudely if they're being kind and patient?
