Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

I've been to this location a couple of times are usually go after getting off work at night yesterday when I went to the location it was around 11 PM I had a coupon with me for the chicken fries and the large fries for three dollars when I got to the speaker I proceeded to let the employee know I had a coupon he asked me the number of the coupon I gave him the coupon number and he proceeded to tell me that after 10 PM they cannot accept any coupons. I proceeded to ask him why and he said it was because they don't allow coupons after 10 PM and that this location was privately owned so my understanding for the coupons it's you can use them participate in locations which this one is and two it doesn't say anything on the back of the coupon that the restaurant can put what hours they can except coupons but that's not the issue the issue is that they don't have any papers posted about it they don't have nothing that indicates that I cannot use a coupon after 10 PM which that leads me to believe that maybe they are making their own rules because I am also try to order from the value menu after 10 PM and they tell me that they cannot sell any items from the value menu after 10 PM which I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that is and they only want you to order from the regular menu and apparently you can I use any coupons I've called the morning after each incident and nobody ever picks up the phone because I just want to verify with the store manager that this information is correct because I used to work at Burger King for four years our the Burger King I used to work is owned by Carol's corporation and we used to close at 12 PM and I would never Denied menu item to the customers us after certain times or any coupons. If I could give 0 stars I would simply because I want to make sure that what the employees are telling me is true and second why don't they have any paper letting us know that after certain times I cannot use a coupon and I cannot order from the...

My mom and I happen to dine in to have lunch, I had bacon cheese burger, and right at the moment I almost took a bite and there was a STRAND of BLOND HAIR was sticking out of my burger. I find it very, truly, DISGUSTING that it made me vomit and never again coming back to BK. I was able to pull it out, got up, and to show the employee that I found a strand of blond hair in my burger. I told them "I could not eat a burger that has hair in it. Can i have another one? Since I had already paid my meal". The employer (who literally gave me super serious look but doesn't care what does the customer's think) was taking a look of a stand of blond hair to compare a stand of blond (bleach) and medium brown. She (the employer) thought I was accusing her over a strand of blond hair that was found in my burger, but nope nice try. They made another burger with no hair in it and say "we're sorry" (oh sure, like you don't care at all do you). I comment to them "if your cooking in the kitchen, WEAR A HAIR NET! Before serving to the customers. Before your getting SUED!"

Apperantly, none of them don't wear a hair net, they just simply tie their hair up and...

Tell me why the drive through took literally 20 minutes and there were four cars in front of me. Then when I got my meal the burger was cold!!! You have to be absolutely kidding me that makes me so angry. I paid 7 dollars and waited 20 minutes for a cold burger!!!! Never again! That cold burger and wait I won't plan on returning to this Burger King and 7 dollars for a burger! I will not be coming back to a Burger King. There is a point where it isn't worth it. For the same price I can get 8 burgers from the store. I will not be investing in Burger King anymore. The Whooper cold wasn't even good and it was very dry. For a paying customer it is more than fair to ask for a hot/warm burger??? Then I looked in bag and there was no ketchup. I was not going to go back due to cold burger if had ketchup, but looked in bag and no ketchup. I go in and complain/request a new order maybe 1/10 of the times I have an issue. Hopefully they didn't spit in my food, because it had nothing to do with me. I just waited 15-20 minutes for a cold 7 dollar dry burger...
