I'm about to be late for work just to write this review, but it's worth it. I thought that no Chick-fil-A's could get any worse than Ingleside Chick-fil-A in Catonsville but no this place is consistently the worst for me now. Mainly because that great customer service that you get at most Chick-fil-A's, well this one does not have lacks it seriously. Every morning when I come in there's never anyone at the front registers, just the same older lady who slowly runs the drive thru. This morning the drive thru order taker had to tell the manager to come from the back because she had customers in the front. Mind you I was there before any of the other customers and she saw me standing in the pickup line forever and still didn't open her mouth not one time to ask what I was waiting on could I be helped....anything! Turns out that my mobile order did not go through but if Im standing there, at least ask what I'm waiting on.
I can't speak in the lunch service but this place is consistently slow in the mornings and could use some severe customer service help. I should not have to wait more than 5 minutes for a mobile order in an empty store but I have two...
Read moreSucky order fulfillment by suboptimal employees. YOUR ONLY REAL OPTION IS SIT AT THE ORDER WINDOW UNTIL YOU'VE VERIFIED WHAT’S IN THE PAPER BAG. OPEN EVERY SANDWICH. VERIFY THE SAUCES. Use their time, ‘cause they don’t hesitate expecting your time donation when they mess up.
Great place so long as 1) you don’t care when they give you some (always less expensive) item you didn’t order instead of what you paid for, and 2) you’re fine with a lesser meal or 3) a return to the store for their hot replacement item to go with the rest of your cold meal, or 4) willing to verify that you receive the gift card thru their app (but only if you’re a regular at the store ‘cause they can’t use the app refund with non-regulars, or wait for the refund by mail.
It’s tough running a retail business with employees who can’t spell, count, or read. But that’s the candidate pool. It’s worse being a customer because they’re happy to take your money, but not so much giving it back if they don’t give what...

There is one overwhelming factor that differentiates this location from others. “Kindness.”
All the ways to say, “nice” apply to this location. This has to be the friendliest group of people working at this location that I have ever met anywhere else. I have to believe it says a lot about the leadership and management.
Now to the fundamentals: • The food is always good – its Chick Fil-A • It always beyond clean • The restrooms have single use mouthwash and are always kept clean
One other factor that helps to set this location apart is a secret that has to be asked for by name; that name is the Maryland tradition of “Old Bay” seasoning. Old Bay seasoning either for your sandwich or fries with Vinegar (which is also an option) is available only upon request. You have to ask for it but they keep a supply of Maryland’s best export on hand...
