I wish I could rate my experience today with this Chipotle location ZERO STARS. I placed an order on the Chipotle website for a burrito bowl with a side of chips and guacamole for delivery by DoorDash. When the driver arrived with my food, she only had the chips and guacamole. When I told her this wasn’t the complete order, she explained that was all the employee at Chipotle gave her. I showed her my online order receipt and she kindly offered to go back and get the rest of my order with a screen shot of my receipt on her phone. Then, the DoorDash driver called me because she was having issues with getting the rest of my order. While I was on the phone, she showed them the receipt and I overheard the employee say, “we didn’t receive that part of the order, it was only the chips and guacamole.” The driver then said, “but she paid for this and didn’t get it.” The Chipotle employee reiterated that the chips and guacamole was the only part of the order they received and refused to give the driver the rest of my order. So, I had to go to Chipotle to retrieve the rest of my order. I asked to speak with a manager and the employee I asked barely acknowledged my presence, but did get the manager. After I explained everything to the manager I asked for the remainder of my order and a refund. He quickly took care of the matter and honored my request. Read moreI don't know what they're doing at this location but I prefer to avoid it. Food quality is inconsistent and I'm usually concerned about cleanliness and food freshness from past experiences.
But yesterday's experience really took the cake. We placed an online order. It was a good thing we did because when we arrived at this location, well within posted operating hours, all the doors were locked.
The lights were on, the employees were preparing food, but the doors were locked. There was a poorly worded sign about them being "digital only." Which I think was supposed to mean you can order food from them but only through the app?
Didn't matter to me, I had already ordered. However the employees were also ignoring the door. There was no way to get in for already placed orders. I had to go to all three doors trying to figure out how to get the food I had already paid for. I knocked on one, and an employee looked up at me and then right back down at what at she was doing.
I went to another door and knocked for 45-60 seconds straight. Ignored. Finally, I started pounding on the door to get someone's attention. Someone came over, let me in, and gave me my food with absolutely no further acknowledgement of the situation.
What kind of place does business like this? What manager decides this is ok? What other common courtesy or health standards are they also compromising on?

The person in front of me ordered sofritas which I am allergic to and is a top 9 allergy. After mentioning to the line that I was allergic and asked them to change gloves and wash hands, they only changed their gloves. They also did not continue with my order down the line like other locations have done in the past. When the next person took over they touched the bowl with sofritas and then touched my order, which resulted in my having to have mine remade, again they did not wash their hands and only changed their gloves and touched the sofritas bowl again! They were angry and frustrated at me because of my allergy. There was no apologies from them for messing up and the time I was wasting which could have been prevented if the first line employee continued down the line.
