Burger King — Restaurant in Maryland

Ok ok so yes I gave this one a pretty bad rating…why? Oh here are my reason a or thoughts so you don’t make the same mistakes I did. (The random stocking was left here like I don’t know) ok so I’m June’s daughter just to say. So this is me and my brother’s experience at this place. So first the place was SO GROSS LIKE IM NOT KIDDING shavings,hair,footprints on the seats and TABLE,the windows look gross and honestly I would have rather ate in the car and that’s not even that clean! So that why a gave the atmosphere a ONE!! Now why I gave the food three so the food was really good but my brother’s food was WAYYYY smaller than usual… like not even the size of his palm/hand and he’s 14 years old um I think the burger should be a little bigger if I’m not lying. Also my brother’s food tried to get lemonade and what came out was COKE?! Also all I know about from my parents is something in my dad’s drink or the drink itself made him switch to WATER… But our food got here I guess fast or normal speed idk. Highly disappointed! I normally come here for breakfast the manger here is very nice. The staff I guess they are new ,but that is no excuse for their poor customer service and cleanliness. I witnessed Bruce scratch his hair then proceed to touch my food.🤢 If you are a cashier only handle the money don’t go near the food! At least wash your hands if you must touch the food! Bruce didn't wash his hands! Just disgusting! Sadly , all of the employees except for the manager seem to think working here is a joke. They think it’s okay to move slow and joke around with each other! They don’t care about customer service. Advice: hire a new team before someone catches food poisoning! Due to unsanitary practices. I’m pretty sure if you watch the security camera (if they even work) you will see your employee scratching his hair and probably other unsanitary practices! Everyone should be wearing hair nets and gloves! I will never return again. I was so disappointed I didn’t bring it up to the manager only because I was in a hurry to get to work. I will not...

I guess there's a reason why there's an empty parking lot... spent $20 on a sandwich, chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. Walked in and ordered, and then waited quite a while for our food. For as long as we waited, I'd expect the order to be fresh and correct. I guess my expectations were too high. The bacon and Swiss burger had no bacon. The mozzarella sticks were cold and tasted like old fry oil. Not to mention, they only had six ready and had to bring out two more after they were made. Which they didn't... I had to go back to the counter to ask for them. I will say, she gave me an entire fresh order, which was very nice considering how disappointing the first ones were. They were significantly better. French fries tasted like old fry oil, too. The chicken fries were literally the only good thing of the entire order. The employees were friendly, at least. I'd say...
