Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Dundalk

This location is awful Pop eyes is a great place to eat and they do have the best chicken 😁 Unfortunately.... This location is awful customer service and the general manager is a a** hole pardon my French but Russell he's a lil squirrel You know he got picked on in school just by the way he carries himself. This guy is degraiting to his customers and had the audacity to tell me " if you would have made dinner for your son you wouldn't need to buy him our chicken"😠😠🤬 Needless to say Yes I was buying my son dinner and I just spent 12.67$ on a number 6 chicken tender meal with a large fry and a Coke. My reaction to what the general manager Russell said to me made me pick up everything on the counter and throw it directly in his direction at him 🤪 I scared him so much he threatened to call the police 🙄 I told him if he knows what's good for him he will call the police he's lucky there's this tall counter in between me and him otherwise I would be getting assault charges instead of being banned from the Edgewood location Popeyes Chicken for a year and one day 😀 the police state come and Russell and I had to sign a paper stating that I would not come back to that Popeyes location for one year and one day. You're probably wondering why Russell said to me " if you cooked your son dinner you wouldn't need to buy our chicken" to make a long story short I came through the drive-thru Russell told me to park because it was going to be three minutes on the chicken needless to say 12 minutes later no order. I go in question Russell and he acted like a complete jerk ..... Show me being the woman I am I wasn't taking any of his s* and told him the chicken is not for me I would not eat this nasty chicken it's for my son. That's when he replied " if you would have made dinner for your son you would not need to buy our chicken" 🤔 That's just wrong no matter witch way you look at it 💯% wrong ......so all's well ends well please do not hold this post against Popeyes itself like I said it is only the Edgewood Maryland location that did this to me and it was only one individual that happened to be the general manager name Russell Howell ...... Hope you enjoyed my Post Popeye's don't worry I won't hold it against you because I love your bisque's and mash potatoes and gravy in addition to your Apple pies....

Had a Grubhub delivery last night. Ordered 8pc meal with 1 large side and 2 additional sides only got 2 sides. Paid $5.99 for 3 breast substitutions and only got 3 breasts. Isn’t the meal supposed to come with at least 1 breast? Had to leave the house anyway cause when I called the store no one answered. Get to the restaurant and doors are locked the guy comes to the door and acts as if I’m bothering him with my incomplete and incorrect order. Then I explaining what is wrong he takes my bag turns around and says come in with an attitude. I then have to explain to I’m guessing the manager on duty what’s wrong all the while my food that was already cold upon delivery is getting even colder. They proceed to tell me there are no mashed potatoes and keep trying to offer me something else to which I respond my kids don’t like anything else. I asked to be refunded for the large side and get told I have to go through Grubhub when they’re not the ones who even prepared the order. Then the manager gets cocky with me and tries to treat me like I’m ignorant and I don’t understand how every time I have the same problem with this store. I go through the drive thru and have to go in store anyway cause they never get my order right. I’m tired of spending my hard earned money which is usually $40- $50 each time to feed my family of 4 and being treated horribly and never getting what I paid for. Popeyes that was your last chance you will never get my business again and I will warn my friends and family of how y’all treat...

I would give 0 if I could. I was here on 8/10/25. I was waiting on my food. Im looking into the kitchen. I watched a employee drop a piece of chicken on the floor, bend over pick it up put it back into the fryer and then take it out and put it with the other chicken to be served. I told the manager what I saw happen. She goes back there and talk to him in Spanish he's smiling as he's talking to her. She comes back and says that it didn't fall on the floor it fell on to a tray. I said I clearly saw him bend over to the floor and pick it up. I asked for the store manager she told me that she isn't here right now. I asked her when will she be in. She said tomorrow. I said I will back tomorrow. So here it is today 8/11/25. I go in and ask to speak to the store manager the lady at the front told me that was her, which was a lie. She had someone else talk to me. I asked was she the store manager she said yes. I told her what happened last night. She was unaware of the situation. She acted like so what you want me to do. I told her I want to speak to the store owner. She called some Spanish lady on the phone. I have no idea who this lady could have been. I told her what happen she told me that something like that couldn't have happened. She was going to look at the cameras. Im never going to eat at the Popeyes on Merritt Blvd in...
