I wanted my hair braided for work this week so I googled where I could go. This place popped up and I saw it was in Dundalk so that was convenient! So obviously this is my first time in the store. I walk in and I hear a hello from the back. The lady (never said her name) was braiding someone's hair. I approached her asking if there was pricing anywhere for braiding and she just said what do you want and I said a French braid - she said two will be $50. I said I just want one down the middle and she didn't know what that was asking me to show her a picture. So I did. She goes no I don't do that while chuckling. I'm not sure what was funny? But then she said she'll do a fish tail braid for $50. What?? So you can do two French braids or a fish tail for $50 but you don't offer a single French braid service?? That literally doesn't make sense. She just didn't want to do my hair. It was like pulling teeth trying to have a conversation with this woman. She was rude and unwelcoming having no customer service skills. I will never spend my money at this establishment. The whole situation was a turn off. "Walk-ins welcome". Yeah ok! You're going to lose business by not allowing all races...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could for one I talked to 4 different people . The first person said I could come today but then the next person said they were booked . So the third person said I could come if somebody canceled and they scheduled me a appointment for 2:20 pm the next day then I was told by the fourth person it’s one person that does hair on Sunday but when I called back to confirm they said they are closed on Sunday and they was going to tell me she couldn’t do my hair at the end of the day plus I was told person that was going to do my hair doesn’t have a baby sitter . I am really irritated because I thought I had a appointment for tomorrow and I don’t !!’ Bad for business I wouldn’t recommend this...

So I just got my hair braided in knotless for the first time and when I tell you that I love my hair I really do. Rose and her daughter both did an amazing job. They made sure I was comfortable. Friendly and very fast and beautiful. Great conversation. Clean and well organized shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. In Dundalk MD and also in Maryland and other places . This is my new go to braiding shop. The price was reasonable. They will make sure your hair is done right. I will be back soon ....
