MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Maryland

I placed a mobile pick up order today and my experience was less than pleasant. I get to the location and tell my name for pick up. I am 2 minutes early thinking it will be coming out around that time and instead I am told my pizza had not even been started yet. They rush to make it. While I wait for it to cook the tall blonde haired white male employee working the oven proceeds to go to his co-works and bad mouth me, which was made evident because to each new coworker he walked up he would turn his back and they would look right at me as he starts talking. The pizza comes out and it was wrong. I mention it and now have to wait for a second pizza to be made. While the second pizza is in the process of being made a new employee came out of the back and he does it again. Mind you the white male employee told me that only he and the other male employee were working. So he lied. He is wearing gym shorts, has his hat on backwards with his hair pushing way out of it quit a bit. I did get a refund and a card for a free pizza while in the store but the lack of customer service and the disrespect I felt while in the store has pushed me to leave this review. Food tastes good, but their process needs A LOT of work. I went twice with my family, and both times the pizza and the salad were good quality. The first time though, the staff kept asking the same questions to make sure they got our order right, like they kept forgetting our answers. Then our pizza just sat on the counter, because they forgot to call our name when it was done. The second time, our pizza and salads sat on the assembly line for a while, half complete. When I asked the lady at the cash register if we could have our food, she told us to ask the people making the food. When we asked them, they had to find the person that started our pizza and salad, so he could finish making them. There always seems to be 7 people behind the counter watching one person do all the work. I hope they get their process straightened out. The food is good, but the staff take away from...

I love mod, but my pizza was missing half its ingredients, had rosemary instead of basil (which seems... hard to confuse the two), and the gf crust was burned and so hard that nearly half the pizza was literally inedible, like as in I had to throw it away because I could not even bite through it. The charred spots were not good like they can be with a wheat crust, they were so bitter the flavor was inedibly bad (although I did suffer through a bit of it as I was hungry). I'm hoping this is just down to new employees still being trained since it's a new store, so I will be back as when it's not burned the pizza at mod is delicious (although maybe not at this location again after that if the next pizza is also like this). Looks like a lot of other comments about burned pizzas, so I hope someone does some more training at this...
