So I came back to check up on this cool chipotle after awhile, and Iām surprised at these comments. It canāt possibly be that crazy right? Well I went through the drive through for dinner. Ordered approximately 25-30 min ahead of time because it was my doggos bday and we were getting a puppuccino. When we got there, there were no lines in the drive thru, but I did see a lot of people utilize the parking around to walk in to pick up orders. By the time I was at the drive thru window my order was already ready for pick up. Got home, the food was still piping hot. Though my order did miss some š but thatās forgivable. They were extremely busy from what I saw through the window. Employees zipping around. And frankly I wasnāt too mad, I ended up with free chips thrown in. My brother had already scarfed down his food and left no evidence. Heās not a fan of using the app, but he let me dictate it tonight since he was hungry. He says the apps give small portions and lo behold he got so much meat. Overall, this was a rather positive experience. Perhaps my one experience canāt make up for the overall other peopleās horrible experience, but I do think this chipotle is working hard to improve on their criticisms. I will say the atmosphere at night is something else, but itās not much you can do since it is just a drive through. Youāre not there to be seated and welcomed with a waitress. I still like the less contact concept. Customer service wise, the whole idea is less contact so since itās just handing me my food, Im satisfied. Food wasn't thrown at me and itās not like I can mano y mano an app for my missing tomatoes, so just letting customer service know itās all good. I got free chips. Law of equivalent exchange let me win. Keep up the valued efforts! You all got this! See you all in the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI hate my food every time I get something from this location - I was initially excited about this concept because honestly it's really cool, but my food is has been horrible after the first visit.
When they opened, the food was made with a bit more care. The second time, they gave me my food only for me to get home and open a super-soaked and falling a part burrito. It looked so nasty I literally couldn't even eat it. Usually if things don't go well twice I just don't go back but I said hey... maybe I'm just being weird. WRONG.
This last time, I order a bowl at 3:00pm that was picked up and brought to me in less than 20 minutes by my fiancƩ. I was really looking forward to this since, I rarely am in the mood for chipotle. When I pull the food from the bag, and pull out the bowl, it's as if they made the bowl, and then put it in the freezer to chill before it got picked up. There was BARELYYYYYYY any chicken and I could literally taste the lack of care.
I'm so over this little place because it continually fails me and this is the last time I will ever buy anything from that location. The only reason I'm giving 2-stars is because the workers are always pleasant at the window. Otherwise, they really don't care in there with no one to watch them put the...

Where to start. The meat in my carnitas bowl was cold and bland, presentation looked like hell with a laughable amount of lettuce, and the cheese somehow reminded me of play-dough spaghetti in both appearance and texture - very difficult to eat. My SOās chicken was no where to be found in his bowl, but at least they gave him a decent portion of rice and beans - not sure that makes up for it but that was something positive; his LOOKED the part. The chips were cold and stale (cementing our decision to never get their chips again).
You can only order through the app and either wait in the drive-through line and HOPE the person in front of you is āon-timeā for their pick-up a lot, or go to a walk-up window. I donāt hate the model - makes a lot of sense for all the delivery drivers but it could get weird.
I gave 2-stars for service because the one human we interacted with was personable and quick in handing over $32 worth of regret. Right - final insult - all of the above disappointments relieved us of over $33. Ridiculous. We rarely eat fast food and every time I do, I remember...
