Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Unless you're going in to order where you can watch them, don't bother ordering online. Every single time I have ordered online for pick up they mess up the order. Adding things I never asked for, and not including things I did ask for. Last time I actually brought the food back, asked for a refund and just got McDonald's because I was so frustrated even after they offered to remake it. This time both sandwiches I ordered were made crazy. I don't know if they can't read or are dyslexic or what. I ordered flat bread bmt, with pickles, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil vin, pepper jack cheese, spinach. They made it on regular bread, no mayo, no oil vin, added cucumbers, American cheese. Won't be giving them any of my business, go to Jersey...

I typically don't like Subway, but I was out with friends and one of them asked me if I had ever tasted the new sandwich ( knowing I don't like Subway). I said no & don't want to, but we didn't have time to go anywhere else so I went with her to try this sandwich. It was delicious. On a rare occasion I might buy it again, but I doubt it. I just don't like their customer service, I'm not comfortable that they're cleanest place that serves food. In addition to that I feel like when you buy sandwiches, you get far more condiments and veggies. You just don't taste the meat. So I'm not likely to go again even though the brisket Wes good..... And you can never speak with or get satisfactorily actions or answers...

I have been to this location a couple times and have witnessed and now experienced for myself the terrible customer service by the owners!!!! Very rude and disrespectful!!! I will not be spending my money at this establishment ever again!! To make a paying customer feel like they have to defend themselves against an establishment is utter disgrace!!!! If I order something I expected it, if you cannot not provide the service/food that you say you have fix the problem!! To tell me to read “English” is discrimination at its finest!!! I will not stop here because this treatment was unacceptable and needs to be handled...
